2 x GP Stan 50 (Winstrol injectable)
2 x GP Nolva (Nolvadex)
2 x Test E 200mg / EQ 200mg

This is what I'm starting with and I'm not sure how much to use or how often, I know I need this to lean out and lose fat, but that's all I know. I'm completely green and need advice. This is my first time ever using stuff like this, I've lost 50lbs this year and want to take it a bit further. I may try to bulk later.
Thanks

Welcome to meso. What are your stats? For a first cycle the general rule of thumb is too keep it simple. Test E at 500mg wk / pin on mon-thur. Winny for a first a no imo. Eq needs to be run for atleast 16wks at 400- 600mg minimum to see results. Stick with 500mg test 12 wks.Do you have pct (pharm grade) in hand? Very important.Dial your diet according to your goals (bulk/cut) Aas will only assist you in losing weight and gaining muscle if you hit the cardio hard and eat right. No magic remedy.... GL

I'm 5'7" 205lbs
Test E at 500mg a week ? So according to what I posted that I bought i need to buy more? I don't know if it's pharmaceutical grade, I purchased from napsgear.

I assuming your still young hence you didn't mention your age ? If so just take into consideration possible neg effects in the future. And yes I would just go with test e only and see how you respond. As for gear if you only have 2 10ml btls of test you'll need a few more. Can't comment on the gear but check out the naps thread and @AnabolicLab.com Millards testing program. GL enjoy Meso

What are your goals? Goals will go hand in hand with training type.
I'm just trying to gain some muscle, not a ton, but I want there to be a difference, you see the pic I uploaded of the workout plan I started?

you could probably train more than that. That program is one day on one day off.
Lots of guys here that do a typical BB split train 5-6 days a week. Some train everyday but have light accessory days/stretching. Some train 2x a day.

That program is pretty basic but not terrible. I would look for something more like a 5 day split so you can have like a Wed or your weekends off. Also it will shorten the duration of your workouts so you arent in there for 2+hrs or some shit every other day. Hopefully someone else will give you some leads...

Yeah, I see it. If you are looking to just build some muscle it's not a bad training regimen. It's a personal choice IMO for what works best. Personally, I prefer a higher volume so this plan wouldn't be enough for me. It sounds like you are just starting out though, in which case I highly suggest you give this regimen a try and probably hold off on gear until you've been at it a few months. You'll be spinning your wheels trying to get training and diet dialed in while running the gear.

PS to give you an idea of other ways to run a split I go:

Chest/triceps Monday
Back/biceps Tuesday
Legs/abs Wednesday
Chest/triceps Thursday
Back/biceps Friday
Shoulders Saturday
Off or cardio/stretching but no weights on Sunday

I do strength half the time and hypertrophy the other half and it works great for me but that's not too say it would work for everyone else. It is a lot but luckily it fits my lifestyle well.

What does gear mean, sorry, I'm a newbie

How long have you been training? Ever hit the weights before and if not why are you looking into cycling in the first place? Aas are helpful for people who have a solid foundation and know how to diet properly, have hit a plateau they can't get past and have enough experience to do it properly. Doesn't sound like your in that catagory. No offense but of you're asking how to train, you're nowhere near ready for aas use. Get to know your body better first and do a lot of reading. You should make natural gains for years without aas as your body adapts to the higher workload

I like this split, except I would add shoulders on Tuesday. And if you feel up to it do shoulders again on Sunday. I like to work shoulders
