Those macros are a bit lopsided, but still, if he's not gaining weight with that, the whole joke about having AIDS begins to actually make some sense.
Well he said he’s gaining fat, and not muscle... his protein intake is a little bit low IMO, but he’s also only 150lbs, maybe he is gaining some muscle but the fat layer is hiding it?

Definitely weighing all my food bro. I know you get fucktards here all the time but not me, i am extremely sensitive with my tracking. I dont eat out EVER, so that i can weigh my food. You may be on to something as a lot of it comes from drinking a half gallon of milk a day. Stop with that overestimating nonsense, i know what im eating, i weigh the shit out. Tape worm maybe? Fuck.
Well when I’m bulking I eat out. That’s just me but more calories have only lead to more gains if everything else is dialed in. If you truly think it’s a tape worm you should get checked but how often are you training? Some people respond poorly to training too often. Also there could be something off with a different hormone gains aren’t solely dependent on testosterone. I’m sure you know that but the problem may lie somewhere else.
also, depending on your body type you may be eating too clean. I know that sounds a little ridiculous but I was a naturally skinny guy and if I don’t eat bad food and a lot of it I have trouble gaining weight as well. You may need to let loose a little. Weighing your 5 or 6 meals might be good but I’d say throw in a cheat meal every other day or something, I cheat everyday when I’m bulking and only weigh 3 or 4 of my meals while just going crazy on my other 2 or 3. If you truly are tracking your calories perfectly it may be time to step it up

another thing, if you’re only 150 pounds you’re most likely a hard gainer which only further proves my point that you need to start eating worse. More protein for sure but adding some fat when you’re only 150lbs is not a bad thing. You will not gain only muscle. If your goal is 200 pounds of muscle you need to be pushing 215 220 in total and that extra 15 - 20 pounds will be fat.

And if it’s not your diet then it’s definitely your training. Even if your gear is fake you will be able to gain at 150 with proper diet and training. I’m not trying to put you on blast or anything but you most likely need to start turning it up in the gym. Being sore or tired from your lifting doesn’t mean shit in order to create an adaptive response in your body you need to push yourself beyond where you’ve ever gone on a weekly basis. You need to be doing things your body hasn’t yet been able to do even if that means adding only 1 pound to your lifts. Doing the same shit will not put the stress on your muscles that you’re looking for.

So all the Zumba and Pilates might not be cutting it?

this nut has to be a millennial- starts juicing weighing in about a buck 36 and probably couldnt punch his way out of a wet paper bag.
You should have hit the gym and diet right without steroids first, put on a solid base and then hit the juice. This shit aint magic and I can tell you subsequent cycles are rarely as good as the first or first few.....

I feel like its one of three options
Bunk test
Overtrained
Some weird disease or parasite.

You can take 185 lbs for 40+ reps on your close grip bench but for flat bench you do 225 for only 8 reps???

Can you write the number of what bloods show? I dont click on anything. Just in case. You never know.

Hey guys, long time lurker, new poster. ALL ORDERS WERE FROM DOMESTIC, NOT A RE SELLER!
My very first cycle I ordered pharmacom test C and had amazing gains at 500mg per week pinning every 3 days. Went from 139 to 167 (im 5’6 and at the end of the cycle after water and fat was shed i ended up at 153)
I waited a few months, cruised on a trt dose, and now im blasting with 700mg per week on their Test E pinning e3D, and ive sat at 153-156 the whole time. What gives? Underdosed? Im getting bloods tomorrow to confirm. Im confused as all hell, and any insight would be awesome. (yes i know how to diet and train, ive been consuming 3400-3500 cals consistently, and the first cycle i began to put on unwanted fat when i ate above 3000. Protein is always at least 1g per pound of bodyweight, usually 1.25 or 1.5x bodyweight. When i bump cals more than this i accumulate fat way too quickly imo ) I will be posting bloods in a few days when i get them, but i know this much, on 700mg i should at least be holding some fucking water.
If you only need to eat 3,000kcals to grow, you have no business using gear yet... 3,000 calories is a good place for a first year lifter to start at. It’s clear as day you don’t know what you’re doing as far as your nutrition goes.

This is the only answer you need to read.

Yep, it isn't making much sense to me.

@strongerlife made a great point. Bunk or not, at those calories he should still be gaining weight. There's no way he's at a standstill if those calories are truly accurate.
It’s clear OP should not be touching gear. Dumbasses will dumbass though.

He weighs 150lbs and is using gear?! I’d laugh but goddamn, guys like this make responsible users look bad. Poster child for someone who should not use gear. “I can’t grow naturally so obviously gear is the answer to my dilemma!” Fucking Christ.

So what is the close grip 40+ secs time under tension for 4 sets, how many reps? One?
I don’t understand his training table, it’s not making sense to me, at first glance i think he’s lifting too heavy, but then he says something about these numbers being time under tension, idfk none of anything here is making sense, doesn’t add up.. we’re missing something here.
