this nut has to be a millennial- starts juicing weighing in about a buck 36 and probably couldnt punch his way out of a wet paper bag.
You should have hit the gym and diet right without steroids first, put on a solid base and then hit the juice. This shit aint magic and I can tell you subsequent cycles are rarely as good as the first or
I don’t understand his training table, it’s not making sense to me, at first glance i think he’s lifting too heavy, but then he says something about these numbers being time under tension, idfk none of anything here is making sense, doesn’t add up.. we’re missing something here.

I was giving this guy benefit of the doubt and trying to help him but as this post goes on it’s becoming clear he’s full of shit.
he’s using gear and shouldn’t be so he’s arguing in every way he can to make it seem like his gear is bunk when really his work ethic and diet are bunk

I think you’re doing too many exercises bro. Maybe I’m reading this incorrectly and misunderstanding what you’re saying but personally I’d recommend doing less exercises with more intensity. Also, rest more often. There’s no way you’re doing that many exercises and giving them your all. Try training to failure more often and only 4 days a week. This may help you greatly.
 
Well it appears he’s trying to bulk, not cut... the guy needs more food, that’s pretty obvious, up the cals by 500 and you should start seeing the scales go up by next week.
Also count you cals & weigh your food until you really know how much it takes

Thats why im concerned man, it’s absolutely insane. Like i said, when i bulked the first time i was at 2900-3100 MAX and gained like a bull. Not only that but i started putting on way too much fat, which has me scratching my head about how im not gaining shit on 3300-3500 the only thing i can think of is over training

Just out of curiosity, I know your looking for weight gain and mirror confirmation, but are you having any typical sides? Holding any extra water, only skin, extra acne that sort of stuff? Didnt see you mention any ancillarys but I can't imagine you aren't running an AI on 700mgs for a 2nd cycle? Itchy or puffy nips if not?

Some guys don't aromitize much on a 1g of test, but most of us past 500mgs will have some of those sides which can "help" you know if your gear is g2g. Only labs can confirm it though

now you need higher calories from when you were lighter and running 500
now y have higher LBM so higher calories and higher dosages are need it

also test after 1st-2nd cycle it isnt good by it self

I disagree with test not being good on its own after first or second cycle. Testosterone and HGH is actually all that was found In dallas mcarvers system during his autopsy. Some pros rely on Test and HGH only. Personally I had most of my success blasting and cruising just test. With optimal time off in between blasts getting back on a test cycle is a world of difference.
 
After reading the thread, I'm more inclined to say that your diet and/or training are what is bunk.

At 150 lbs (even at 5'6"), there's no way that you aren't making gains (even without gear) eating 3500 calories a day, getting enough protein and training hard. Unless you have a muscle-wasting disease, you're doing something very, very wrong.

I'll eat crow if the bloods come back bad, but I doubt it.

You may be on to something as a lot of it comes from drinking a half gallon of milk a day. Stop with that overestimating nonsense, i know what im eating, i weigh the shit out. Tape worm maybe? Fuck.

Those macros are a bit lopsided, but still, if he's not gaining weight with that, the whole joke about having AIDS begins to actually make some sense.

You have a high fat, high carb diet going on here. In my experience, unbalanced macros like that had me adding weight, but it was predominantly body fat.

You may be different however. Your metabolism isn't my metabolism, but if you're interested in tweaking it, try something along these lines.

Protein - 1.25 grams x bodyweight.
Fat - 0.4 grams x bodyweight.
Carbs - Fill in the remainder of calories.

For me that roughly translates to:
(i say roughly because i always go over by a little bit.)

Protein - 265
Fat - 85
Carbs - 420

Again, this works for me. i'm a tall midget at 5'5" and maintain just a cunt hair below 205 lbs with this macro split.
