I don’t understand his training table, it’s not making sense to me, at first glance i think he’s lifting too heavy, but then he says something about these numbers being time under tension, idfk none of anything here is making sense, doesn’t add up.. we’re missing something here.
I was giving this guy benefit of the doubt and trying to help him but as this post goes on it’s becoming clear he’s full of shit.
he’s using gear and shouldn’t be so he’s arguing in every way he can to make it seem like his gear is bunk when really his work ethic and diet are bunk
