How about if you reply, try and have a conversation rather than trying to bash the OP.Here’s the part where the new guy that asked advice now insults everyone rather than appreciating the advice he was given.
Don’t do it man, it never ends well. Now is the time to keep your ego in check. Be gracious.
Where exactly am i sub optimal? Those kind of answers would be helpfulYou look good dude, I’ll tip the hat. Doesn’t mean your training/diet isn’t suboptimal
You're getting too many of your calories from fat, for starters. 34-40% is on the high end. Your protein should be a bit higher than it is. I know there's the whole 0.8-1g per pound of bodyweight thing, but if you're going to overshoot on anything, you want it to be on protein.Where exactly am i sub optimal? Those kind of answers would be helpful
As many other people have commented, your macro split seems weird. For training, there is a noticeable lack of intensity programmed on those sheets you shared. Even most volume-focused routines have more intense work programmed in periodically. I’m not saying what you’re doing doesn’t work, and I think we all assumed it certainly wasn’t working for you personally since you said you were not progressing.Where exactly am i sub optimal? I knew you were a 4chan user as soon as you said you drink a half gallon of milk a day. Stop using drugs, clean your room, listen to your mom, and go home. How about if you reply, try and have a conversation rather than trying to bash the OP.
Overtraining imo was my problem, also, macro ratio was a good point.
If someone posts photos of their tracking, which reflects what they’re saying, its unintelligent and unhelpful to continue to attack the food tracking aspect. This isnt supposed to be/ fit
Definitely tracking everything that goes into my body, like you should telling your female to. I bet my name would be popping up often.
The fact that you gained weight with time away should tell you you're overtrained. It was a similar thing that happened to me years ago, I actually had to take a month off, and I grew that whole time, no increase in fat, just GREW!View attachment 137340
This is where im at rn
Bloods came back good
And update, after taking a week off i went from 153-164 so idk what that was, bodyfat hasnt changed too much

How about this, you’re not fucking special. Nobody here has any obligation to give you any advice whatsoever. When you post stupid shit to MESO you’re going to be called a retard.
Overtraining??? Fucking LMFAO. If you’re on steroids you would have to train pretty fucking hard to be over trained. It’s your macros. And your training program is garbage anyway. Otherwise you would see results. You’re built like a 5th grader.
You might as well burn this handle a start over with a new one. Nobody is going to help you moving forward. Cause you’re a dickhead.
Now run along and play!
*pats @Vomiit on the head
Actual overtraining is nearly impossible unless your split and exercise selection are complete dogshit, you have zero ability to regulate your intensity, you eat garbage and you barely sleep.Yup
Never heard of overtraining on blast... unless qe We are referring to CNS/Tendon and ligaments.
Qhen I used to actually train biceps... if I hit them hard, my forearms and elbows would.get FUCKED... but I'd still grow.
But everyone is different for sure and has imbalances/reacts to stimulus differently.
Personally, I'll keep absolutly killing myself to the point of collapse at the gym when I'm blasting.
I'm down to be proven wrong on this one though

I have natty friends who have ran Creeping Death II and finished it, and it's pretty brutal, so I have a very hard time believing that this guy is overtraining while on gear with the program that he posted.
I've ran 28 Days Later natural and not overtrained. Now PL is a different beast. I had days that my body said "nope".
I end up going to failure on near every set, so whoever said i cant regulate intensity is probablt correct. I dont know what kind of animals you are but i can feel when im overtraining. Your deadlift doesnt go down 30 lbs in a weekYeah, I should have qualified what I said with "Actual overtraining is nearly impossible in bodybuilding."
Powerlifting is a different beast, obviously. Too much near-maximal work can fry the CNS in a hurry and beat you up.
I usually cant stop training, but this time my body just said nah.Yup

Total 5kSo what were your numbers, kinda wanna see what 700 test e pharmacon numbers look like. I know it's subjective but their good is all you put out after you made a thread doubting them
