How about this, you’re not fucking special. Nobody here has any obligation to give you any advice whatsoever. When you post stupid shit to MESO you’re going to be called a retard.

Overtraining??? Fucking LMFAO. If you’re on steroids you would have to train pretty fucking hard to be over trained. It’s your macros. And your training program is garbage anyway. Otherwise you would see results. You’re built like a 5th grader.

You might as well burn this handle a start over with a new one. Nobody is going to help you moving forward. Cause you’re a dickhead.

Now run along and play!
*pats @Vomiit on the head
How about you post a better training program? Useless troll trash

The fact that you gained weight with time away should tell you you're overtrained. It was a similar thing that happened to me years ago, I actually had to take a month off, and I grew that whole time, no increase in fat, just GREW!
Thats what im sayiiiin. Super compensation is doing me right atm

I’m not the douchebag that claimed to have a problem with 700 mg/week of testosterone.

A couple guys here in the past 20 posts recommended some much better programs.

Post up your bloodwork or were you just going by bonerzzz and feelzzz.

Now scram wee little man.

You’ve been a dickhead since your first reply on this post. Nothing you’ve said has been helpful, you’re a real piece of shit trying to create moral high ground. GL looking old as shit, cue ball.

When someone isnt making gains its a total dick move to bash them. Obviously something is wrong or the gains would be happening, i posted my macros as well as my training program. I havent been holding out, nor have i rejected any ACTUAL help. How about YOU help before you start preaching for everyone else.

Actual overtraining is nearly impossible unless your split and exercise selection are complete dogshit, you have zero ability to regulate your intensity, you eat garbage and you barely sleep.

I have natty friends who have ran Creeping Death II and finished it, and it's pretty brutal, so I have a very hard time believing that this guy is overtraining while on gear with the program that he posted.
Going to try creeping death II

Hop up on a stool when you talk. It hurts my neck to look down at you.

There is absolutely ZERO way you achieve super compensation with that program you have. When @ftaro talked about intensity, he said “there is a noticeable lack of intensity programmed on those sheets you shared.” - That’s not a compliment to you, mongoloid. It means you don’t have any intensity in that bullshit training program.

It’s ok. I get it. Little men lift little weights. Its probably a great way to meet girls when you ask to work in with them.

So there is no bloodwork is what you’re saying.... cause that’s what we asked you for at the start of this charade.

It’s nothing against you @Vomiit but you’d be surprised how many new guys make similar posts to yours. You all have the same thing in common. You want validation and not necessarily advice. So when you get GOOD advice you don’t really HEAR it.

You need to be broken down to be built back up. You thought your cycle was the problem and it turns out to be diet and training. Work on those two. You don’t even need 700 mg/week of test to achieve your goals - you can lower your dose and have the same benefit with a lot less sides. Find a proven program (like the ones suggested) and track your macros with discipline, getting the percentages right. The drugs are the easy part.

Welcome to MESO. You’ll enjoy it here after you get used to the shit-talking. And one day in the future when some starry-eyed newb posts a question, you can play King Dickhead to make sure the dude listens to the good advice without letting his own ego get in the way.

I end up going to failure on near every set, so whoever said i cant regulate intensity is probablt correct. I dont know what kind of animals you are but i can feel when im overtraining. Your deadlift doesnt go down 30 lbs in a week
Near maximal weight, not effort. Training intensity refers to percent 1rm typically not just how hard you take each set. You should know this dude cmon

the dude is 160 pounds now on a cycle of 700 mg test and making no gains despite him saying his bloods were on point- that and he started juicing when he was 135 pounds-
he probably started the juice before he ever entered a weight room- He does not know this- Doesn't appear to know shit

Amazing.

I love the relentlessly chirping someone then helping them.
Never gets old

welcome to Meso lol

You'll like it. It's hard but Meadow's style of programming is well thought out and honestly a lot of fun in a masochistic way.
Day 2 of the program, and this shit is so nice.
I was going way harder intensity wise on my last program but without any kind of soreness. Creeping death has me pumped like hours after & sore asf without feeling so spent

I don’t understand his training table, it’s not making sense to me, at first glance i think he’s lifting too heavy, but then he says something about these numbers being time under tension, idfk none of anything here is making sense, doesn’t add up.. we’re missing something here.
Op returning. Time under tension means reps last around 4 seconds each until the desired time is met. At the very least 8 reps per set unless lifting heavy

Listened to Greg Doucette on time under tension vs counting reps. I had trained for 5 years hard as fuck every day, and for the poster who said intensity is % of 1rm, i know that. At the time of the post i was lifting more than 99% of the people at my gym. Whether you believe it or not, i was there. I had big mofos coming up to me and telling me to chill because I wouldn’t make gains if i taxed my CNS by doing near maximal strength lifts and hyping myself up hard before each set. John meadows creeping death feels less intense than what i was doing previously, yet I don’t lose strength nor do i stop making gains. I had to lighten my weights for pretty much everything to hit the RPEs as every exercise i did at the time was to complete failure. If you read the “time under tension” part, i would choose a weight that took me to failure falling into the desired time range (failing in between 30-40 seconds, and trying to beat my time in controlled reps by 1-3 seconds each time)
Whatever the case, i appreciate the advice to eat more and to use the program i am almost completed with. I have kept my cals the same but now i am gaining weight. I should have ate way more on the gear, it seems to me like it caused me to burn way more cals than normal. I know gear isnt meant for fat loss but for me in particular, i know that i kept my cals in the same range this whole time maybe adding 100 here and there. When i stopped the gear my bodyweight went up. If i do end up cycling again, i will be munching 4k minimum.

At 155 pounds you were lifting more than 99% of the people at your gym??

You need a new gym.
