Nova's First Anavar Cycle Log

Day 78-84 (September 27th- October 3rd, 2016)
Sorry for being MIA last week. There was really nothing to log. I took a lot of rest days leading up to a CrossFit Competition I did over the weekend. I placed second in a scaled division but I should have placed first. I don’t mean to sound cocky but the host messed up the scores. It’s not the first time they’ve made this mistake. Anyways, it was a fun time and I’m looking forward to the next one. I’ve decided to move up into the Rx division for the next competition.

There was a chiropractor at the competition and it was my first time ever getting readjusted. It hurt like Hell but my knee felt 10 times better. I woke up this morning feeling pretty sore along my IT bands but I’m sure the pain will wear off by tomorrow.

I did a ROMWOD today at globo gym and I’m skipping CrossFit tonight. I’ll get back to the grind tomorrow!

Notes:
  • My menstrual cycle is late this time. I should have started it on 9/30.
  • Hair fallout is completely back to normal.
  • Women want to touch my arms. Men wished they had my arms. ;)

Day 87 (October 6th, 2016)
I've decided not to post my workouts anymore (unless you guys want me to). I'll share if I achieve a new PR and any notes regarding my body.

My knee has been flaring up again. I'm contemplating if I want to have an MRI done because it's costly.

Notes:
  • I still haven't started my menstrual cycle yet.
  • I weighed myself yesterday and I lost 6.5 pounds!! What the heck?
  • Acne is gone on my hamstrings.

Did you have actual acne or almost like little razor bumps? I'm asking because on tren I got it in the same place as you. From the bottom of my buttcheek to halfway down my hamstring but no place else. You definitely look a lot leaner and more muscular by the way!

It was actually acne. I rubbed coconut oil in the area and it helped. Thank you for the compliment! I've actually taken workouts a notch down since I've ended my cycle because I want my knee to heal back to normal. I miss squatting so much.

Update:
I started my menstrual cycle last Thursday, Oct. 13th. It was about 2 weeks late. Better late than never, I guess. :/
I visited a kinesiologist last week and he told me my patella is slightly off track, which is causing the knee pain when I squat. He said the patella has shifted laterally. He showed me how to tape my knee, forcing the patella back to center and he gave me tips on how to massage the tensor fasciae latae with a lacrosse ball.

Since ending my cycle, I have noticed my strength has slightly decreased. It's not a big deal but just something I wanted to point out. Other than that, everything else has been fine.

If you or anyone you know are curious about trying anavar, I say go for it. Try it at least once. It was a positive experience for me - I was more confident, stronger, and still pretty cute for a girl in weight room.

Tips I suggest if you plan on doing your 1st anavar cycle:
  • STRETCH! I am guilty of never stretching and my knee is paying the price for it. I know stretching is boring but if your gym offers a yoga class... take it! If they don't, try ROMWOD (romwod.com) for 15-20 mins of a stretch session. Trust me, your muscles will thank you.
  • Plan out your daily meals and cook them ahead of time. It's a time saver and it keeps you on the right track. It's easy to fall off the wagon when you're exhausted from a good workout and you don't have dinner already waiting for you when you get home.
  • Don't rush into your cycle. Take baby steps. Increase your dosage little by little when you feel comfortable. Your body needs time to adapt to the changes. You will get results, I promise.

Hey @Nova Skye just wanted to see if you kept the majority of the muscle you put on during your cycle. I finished up my 2nd cycle several months ago and am thinking about starting up another soon. I definitely had crazy strength increases, but my lifts dropped about 10lbs (not that I'm complaining, they still were much higher than they were when i first started).

I've been receiving a few direct private messages from new members asking where I got the anavar from. I'm making a post here in case anyone else wanted to know. It was supplied by Pharmacom Store (https://www.pharmacomstore.org/).
If you or anyone has any questions about their products, contact @Darius PharmacomStore. He is really friendly and helpful.

if I may ask, what substances did you run after you were finished with the var cycle as a post cycle therapy.

Bro...
I'm gonna clear this up for you, because you got no help in the other thread. Women don't need a pct. men need pct meds and serms because our hpta is shut down and our testicles are no longer producing testosterone. Women don't have that problem or testicles for that matter and can just come off
