So! Up next is NPP for me. I'll be pinning 30-45 mg/week 10-15mg E3D. I've signed up for a Powerlifting Meet in May after my 50th bday. Right now my 1RM sits at Bench: 180, Squat 290, and Deadlift 265. Everything has been really heavy in the gym lately so I'm looking forward to the little boost this will give me. I *may* finish up with a little anavar or Mast depending how I do with the NPP. I'm feeling gross and fluffy right now so I'll do pics later but I look forward to sharing my log with y'all. Of to the gym today for some bench work!

A little late but I'm in.

Those numbers are at around 120 pounds. I will save talking about how impressive they are until after the meet.
 
2 pins in with a pin tomorrow. Woke up just physically exhausted. Not sure if it's because I was really busy yesterday or an effect of calibrating to gear. Just tired.
 
Still tired and I'm holding water. So far npp is not my friend. Feeling fatigued and fat is not a good time. I'll give it one more week to see strength gains
 
3rd pin last night. Went to bed really early. Feel less fatigued today but still holding water. Yesterday was a rest day so I'll see how today feels back at it.
 
Patience my dear. NPP is a different beast from what you have done. You can't expect what you got from dry compounds. This is your strength run. Adjust diet. Get rest if your body needs it. You are lubing the joints and priming for greatness! It will all come together, it always does. xo

Never thought I would say this, especially at my age, but this is too much lube. Hahahahaa [emoji15]
 
Ok. I'm a little over a week in. I took some deload time this week and today was my first day back in the gym in 3 days. I'm not super strong or anything but I LOOK like I am. Noticeable (to me) growth in my upper body. Legs too. But I noticed mostly my shoulders looked broader and chest striated and thicker. Felt good to be back in after 3 days off. Look forward to next week! I'm holding water for sure but trying to no let it irk me too badly.
 
Week 2. I do feel stronger. Noticed a good shoulder pump yesterday after benching. Definitely holding water. It was manageable up until the weekend when we went out of town and ate out every meal. My weight belt had to go to a bigger notch. The bloat is coming down slowly this week as I get back into the routine. Looking forward to more strength!
