NPP Cycle

Week 2. I do feel stronger. Noticed a good shoulder pump yesterday after benching. Definitely holding water. It was manageable up until the weekend when we went out of town and ate out every meal. My weight belt had to go to a bigger notch. The bloat is coming down slowly this week as I get back into the routine. Looking forward to more strength!
I won't lie I'm jealous of your vascularity ;)

In between family visits and holidays this may inadvertently turn into a mini bulk. I'll get some pics this week. Legs have def picked up some size. Shoulders too maybe. I do feel good that the extra food is aiding in some muscle growth. The water and fat gain are mentally tough. But this is a strength cycle so I'm working through it.

If im not mistataken that would crush the 57kg master 2a USAPL records in both squat and bench. Did I read that right you squat more than deadlift?

She should lead the National rankings in the M2's at 114 in both squat and bench after her May meet. Her squat form is spot on, deadlift form is catching up to the squat form and I wouldn't be surprised if she pulls as much as she squats on meet day.

Thank you MP. Your encouragement means more than you know! Appreciate it!

You have dedicated yourself to continuing to improve and are busting your ass to do it. You have people pulling you in a lot of different directions with advice but only because we all see how much ability you have.

The reality is with your talent and hard work you are going to succeed and there are a lot of different ways to skin the cat.

So I'm trying to stand back, watch, offer encouragement where I can and keep my mouth shut unless asked because I know you are going to continue to improve and put up awesome numbers no matter what!
