I won't lie I'm jealous of your vascularityWeek 2. I do feel stronger. Noticed a good shoulder pump yesterday after benching. Definitely holding water. It was manageable up until the weekend when we went out of town and ate out every meal. My weight belt had to go to a bigger notch. The bloat is coming down slowly this week as I get back into the routine. Looking forward to more strength!

If im not mistataken that would crush the 57kg master 2a USAPL records in both squat and bench. Did I read that right you squat more than deadlift?

Wasn't your max pull less than six months ago 245 with straps? and now you have pulled 265 without straps. Nothing to get out of your head with that kind of improvement.
