NPP Cycle

Week 2. I do feel stronger. Noticed a good shoulder pump yesterday after benching. Definitely holding water. It was manageable up until the weekend when we went out of town and ate out every meal. My weight belt had to go to a bigger notch. The bloat is coming down slowly this week as I get back into the routine. Looking forward to more strength!

Hey Crystal! Sorry for the delay I had to check. I got a meal plan from my trainer and haven't the slightest interest in tracking the first macro right now lol. I'm at a deficit. Not huge. I'm not even hungry today. I'm in 3 of 6 meals. We'll see. This Is my 4th day.
No worries. Ha, I totally feel ya about tracking macros but it is what it is. Looking forward to seeing what NPP does for ya. I wish I looked as good as you do while holding all that water. Lol
