Started a new meal plan. Still full of water but less gross feeling. Feeling my baby obliques this AM. I couldn't decide if a sticker was needed or not so I opted for modesty. I'm all shy and shit. View attachment 65167
Week 2. I do feel stronger. Noticed a good shoulder pump yesterday after benching. Definitely holding water. It was manageable up until the weekend when we went out of town and ate out every meal. My weight belt had to go to a bigger notch. The bloat is coming down slowly this week as I get back into the routine. Looking forward to more strength!

No worries. Ha, I totally feel ya about tracking macros but it is what it is. Looking forward to seeing what NPP does for ya. I wish I looked as good as you do while holding all that water. LolHey Crystal! Sorry for the delay I had to check. I got a meal plan from my trainer and haven't the slightest interest in tracking the first macro right now lol. I'm at a deficit. Not huge. I'm not even hungry today. I'm in 3 of 6 meals. We'll see. This Is my 4th day.
Also need to zen out today. This worked for me. Give it a try if you are stressed out too.
