NPP Cycle

Increased vascularity. I've noticed it for a while. Maybe a couple of weeks. Definitely changes in my body. My obliques are just a fact of life now and present at all times. I also feel tighter. Idk how to describe it. I feel the muscles in my back mostly. Idk if this is increased musculature or if I need a massage lol. Still got water but I'm ok with the amount right now. Started with dandelion tea at night.

Thanks! I'm 5'1" so seeing those big numbers on the scale is sort of weird. I'm working on changing the way I think about scales and numbers but, you know, like I always say, women are programmed to try to get back to their birth weight as adults. [emoji849]
 
I've said it before but I don't care I'm going to repeat myself. That is a phenomenal body at any age. Nearing 50 it is unreal. A testament to a ton of hard work, solid diet, great genetics and a desire to always push yourself to get better.

You have to be 50 to qualify for the M2's and set records powerlifting. Which you will do a month from now. 50 isn't a bad thing when you are strong and look like you do!

I beat you to 50 by a month but I'm going to slow down and let you win in the race to 55.
