Mine was high for months until I introduced nebivolol.

My RHR went from 60-65 to 70-75 now that i am in off season with more gear, more food and recently added HGH. I know it's not the best but i don't think i'm in the place to add nebivolol yet, right? By meaning high, like how high? In general high means above 95-100 but some bodybuilders by "high" mean anything above 70.

Mine was always 85bpm. Now it is 70 during the day and drops into the 50's while sleeping.

Are you doing any cardio? 85 yes it's elevated but perhaps not that alarming. 70 is definitely better though. Any sides from nebivolol? Some can't get a pump and no matter what they stay relaxed all day and while working out this is not a good thing.

No issues getting a pump but it is definitely difficult to get the heart rate up. Recently I've just been doing 20min walks outside with my family for cardio. Before that would get my heart rate up to 105 and now it gets to 90. It would be interesting to do some HIIT again and see where that gets my hr.

This may have an impact on your calorie expenditure, i guess you know this already. If it gets lower you might need to reduce your calories a bit.
