•DEV'S VAR/PRIMO LOG•

That's what we
Along with all you can eat Italian food and WINE?!
I'm getting my tickets right meow.

It's a shame I didn't know you a few years ago. I lived in the south of France and used to travel to Italy quite a bit.
You're so lucky to live there, not to mention you speak one of the most beautiful languages.

That's what we need, a house swap thread! I'm sick of fucking manatees and octogenerians!. I need a vacation with some mountains and cool air! Who wants to switch for a couple weeks?

I definately noticed some weak points today: my lats.
Those pull-ups were very difficult. It's been ~7 weeks since the breast augmentation. I think it's kosher to start doing them again.

Besides that, I noticed I have a lump in my tummy where I pinned on wed. It's a bit painful if I touch it. I guess it's my first PIP experience.

I finally had the balls to measure my BF. I was really terrified as it can easily be a trigger for me.
Current BF %: 16.15

Had a crazy pump this afternoon and had to take progress pics of my back and tris
Super excited to see what the next couple of weeks will bring.

Take care girl and keep blasting those legs ;)
And whenever you wanna see Italy again, me and my girl will be very happy to have you us our guest. You can bring a boy with you as well, just not a jealous one. Don't like that kind of guy, would not fit well in my house ahah :)

Thank you, Sampei!
Such a sweet offer.

@CensoredBoardsSuck what do you say? LOL:D

Your back is really lean, looks awesome! I went back and checked out your first log. Your back and abs were perfect. I had a surgery too a couple of weeks before you did and still can't do legs. You're doing great!

Thank you!
I was a lot leaner during my last cycle, but I'm trying to put on as much mass as possible on this one. I'll shed the extra fat later.

What kind of surgery did you have?
I hope you're feeling better!
Being out of the gym for weeks absolutely sucks and it's a humbling experience.
However, muscle memory is a beautiful thing and whatever strength/mass you lost, it will come back quickly.

Seated rows with 145lb. Im impressed Dev. Also i know your question about legs was not directed at me but IMO when it comes to working and developing legs or any body part for that matter is variety. In other words do both. Squats, leg press, hack squat, reverse hack squat, leg press, front squat ect..... Keep dem muscles guessing[emoji123]

I had a knee replacement. The dr didn't want to because he said I'll end up getting another when I get older but it was trashed. I've just been doing upper body for now. It doesn't hurt at all and I have full range of motion so I'm happy!

Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate it.
I'll alternate between exercises. I still haven't tried the front squat, I'm gonna look into it.

Have a great Labor Day weekend :)

Nice work girl!! Your upper back was definitely a weak spot during your first cycle. You have made significant progress bringing it up, Keeping hitting it hard.

There you are!:p

Thank you, MP. You made me go back to look at my pics from that last cycle and you're right. That's such a motivation!
How have you been? All recovered from your injury?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that.
I hope you can start training lower body soon. I'm glad you have full ROM and you're pain free, that's the most important part.

Thank you! I'm feeling great! You're obviously doing well too! I noticed the sad face next to your pull up reps. C'mon 3 isn't bad! How many were you doing previously?

Not that many, only ~8 before the boob job.
I'll get it back. I'm pretty sure now it's kosher for me to do pull-ups and lat pulldowns w/out risking misplacement.

8 is pretty badass! I just started doing pull ups again about 5 mos ago. I started out doing 20 in as many sets(4) as needed then worked my way up to 50. I can get 50 in 4-5 sets now. I think they help a lot.

All is well. Still in the recovery process. Thankfully I'm not stupid. If I was I might have signed up prior to the pec tear for a bench only meet while going to watch a good friend compete out of state. And because I hate quitting and she likes watching me bench I might have decided to compete in spite of the pec a couple of weeks ago and ended up benching a little over 350 with a close grip after having not done more than 185 for the previous seven weeks and that might have set the healing process back a bit. Yes it truly is a good thing I'm wiser than that and none of that occurred.

As always you are looking great! Keep up the good work.

@Devika hey doll, do you find anything more of a challenge after your augmentation? Not speaking of pain, which I honestly hope your past, but rather certain exercises that might be harder to do? Any form change needed? My girl is a bit top heavy;) and I find her having issues with pull ups, cable cross overs, etc... Where size in a ladies chest might get in the way. She just switched over from Coss fit, to implement weight training for 80% of her program. Thinking of getting her a good coach to ease my mind and keep her from injury by using bad form.
