You should definitely give eccentric loading a try. I know CBS cured his tennis elbow that way.
It's gotta be very frustrating since it pretty much ruins any upper body workout.

How are you feeling now that you're off cycle?
If I get anything from primo, I hope it's a killer mid section like yours. Omg and your legs! Quads for days ❤️❤️

Yes, we definitely do. I was shedding like crazy towards the end of my last var cycle. I'm hoping it's not as severe this time around.

Yeah, she's a good sport about it. It's funny but when she was pregnant she was worse than me. Hormones do crazy things to people.

My guess was bench. Trainer at the gym said don't discount squat. Right? He said lots of people torque their elbows when they squat. Idk. I'm still doing the big 3. IMHO I think getting stronger than my joints could keep via the anavar and stuff contributed. So I've got the cuffs for my elbows and will use straps for DLs. What kills is any bicep work so I'll do neutral grip pull-ups to do something!

If I remember correctly you had veins in your lower abs at the end of your var cycle. I'm sure your abs are gonna pop! And I'll trade my legs for your ass. Lol :)

I guess the problem with being on cycle is that your lover usually can't keep up with a superhuman. Be real it's not normal to want sex all day long.

Sometime I really pity my girl... She feels bad because she see me horny as a goat and she isn't. It must be quite frustrating for them even more then for us. So in the end what happens is what I call: compassionate blowjob.

Everything ig going great. I stopped taking Anavar after completing week 4, I'm now pinning 25 mgs of primo, 2x a week. So far, the sides are tolerable.

I may do a mini cut towards the end, idk yet.

I decided to substitute the leg press for the hack squat. I'm focusing more on quad development this cycle. What are your thoughts?

Haha i know it, cant stop that momentum!

Im doing well, continuing to cut, kickin it natty for now, the bear cooked up an entire workout/diet plan for me to help maintain some of my strength while i cut, been on that for a few days now so i got a new log going for that cuz it was time for a fresh start haha.

Thats so cool though, ducklings are cute af!!
