I've missed you!

Well, strength is slowly increasing but the endurance is def there. I can train for 2-3 hrs easily. It's so different from Anavar, I feel like the first 4 weeks was just a waiting game.
I expect to start seeing more noticiable changes in the next few weeks.

So far I can say I liked Anavar better, but it's too early to determine.

As far as the hair shedding goes, it's really sad. I'm hoping it tones down a bit, I don't have much hair to begin with :(

I'm doing alright! Life has been throwing some crazy curveballs at me but I'm just trying to roll with the punches. Been sick (bronchitis) for a while now and lost lots of strength and muscle gainz but I'm fighting to get it back.

Glad to see you updating your log, even if it isn't as consistent as you had hoped it would be.

I can definitely see more cuts in your most current pics, compared to the original ones. Keep it up!

Hopefully the hair shedding will come to a halt soon. Are you planning on bumping up your dose at any time or are you sticking to what you're currently at?

I've been really bad about updating my log daily:(

Everything ig going great. I stopped taking Anavar after completing week 4, I'm now pinning 25 mgs of primo, 2x a week. So far, the sides are tolerable.

I'm definately not as lean as I was during my last cycle. I've been eating 2,000 cals, but some of them consisted them of YOLO calories from things like pizza:oops:
It's ok though.
This was meant to be a bulking cycle and everything is getting thicker, especially my legs and glutes :cool:
I may do a mini cut towards the end, idk yet.

I decided to substitute the leg press for the hack squat. I'm focusing more on quad development this cycle. What are your thoughts?

All is well. Still in the recovery process. Thankfully I'm not stupid. If I was I might have signed up prior to the pec tear for a bench only meet while going to watch a good friend compete out of state. And because I hate quitting and she likes watching me bench I might have decided to compete in spite of the pec a couple of weeks ago and ended up benching a little over 350 with a close grip after having not done more than 185 for the previous seven weeks and that might have set the healing process back a bit. Yes it truly is a good thing I'm wiser than that and none of that occurred. :oops:

Aggravating that injury was definitely not worth it. I wish you a speedy recovery so you can monster up again in your bench:cool:
 
@Devika hey doll, do you find anything more of a challenge after your augmentation? Not speaking of pain, which I honestly hope your past, but rather certain exercises that might be harder to do? Any form change needed? My girl is a bit top heavy;) and I find her having issues with pull ups, cable cross overs, etc... Where size in a ladies chest might get in the way. She just switched over from Coss fit, to implement weight training for 80% of her program. Thinking of getting her a good coach to ease my mind and keep her from injury by using bad form.

Tbh with you, I haven't done any chest exercises since the surgery.
I do find pull-ups and Lat pulldowns a bit more challenging now. I think it's due to now training those muscles for 8 weeks though.

I can see how pull-ups can be a little more challenging when you have more "boobage", I would recommend focusing on lat pulldowns (wide and close). I really they helped me to build the strength to pull myself up again.

As far as cable cross overs, I really haven't done them since the surgery.
However, if your girl has a natural rack, crossovers are great to keep them perky and in their place.
I was trying to imagine how the girls would get in the way while doing them... Probably when performing low pulleys, yet they shouldn't get much in the way when doing high and med pulleys though.

How is she liking crossfit? I agree with you; it would be to her advantage to get a coach.
It's way too easy to injure yourself in that sport, especially without a solid strength training background.

Bronchitis is no fun. Are you done with antibiotics?

I know you're probably bummed out bc of the muscle and strength gains lost. However, I guarantee you they'll come back quickly.
I experienced it first hand after surgery.

I'm probably gonna cruise at this dose for the rest of the cycle.
The sides are pretty manageable and I'm making good gains, I don't see the need to push it.
I still have ~4 weeks to go.

I hit a plateau in my squat at 165. It was suggested to me to increase my rest period to 3 days. Today, I was able to lift 170! I was super happy.
I'm not thrilled about not squatting EOD; nevertheless, I think the problem was in proper recovery.
225 hip thurst was also one the highlights of my day :D

My butt is getting bigger, legs are getting thicker and pizza is in the oven. I cannot complain.

I'm still eating 2K, 40/40/20.

Muscles are looking fuller and I've been getting compliments at the gym. Primo seems to be in full force.

SIDES:
  • Hair is still shedding a bit; however, [I think] it has slowed down. ::fingers crossed::
  • No facial hair or any changes in my voice.
  • I am 90% less emotional. It's quite nice, actually. It just feels like I'm pretty detached from my feelings.
  • Clit sensitivity and swelling seems to be diminishing :(
Well, that's pretty much all I have to report for now.
I'm gonna get ready to do some yoga. I've decided to focus on hip opening postures; it'll improve my squat that much more.

I'M ALIVE!

I totally failed at keeping a detailed log this time around :(

This has been a crazy cycle.
The first 4-5 weeks was just waiting. Slowly but surely, Primo started kicking in and I blew up.
I believe my weight was around 111 lbs when this cycle started, I weighted 129 lbs this AM:eek:

This was supposed to be a bulking cycle and I couldn't ask for better results.
I gotta say, seeing the scale go up to these numbers, it triggered my eating disorder mind a little bit.
It's crazy how to this day it can still fuck with me. Luckily, it was temporary and I came back to my senses.

This is week 11.
I'm definately approaching the time to wrap things up, maybe another week or two.
It's coming to the point where joints start to hurt and I feel my body asking for a break.

As far as training goes, I gave it my all.
Probably could've done more cardio, but who wants to do that shit? :rolleyes:
Totally neglected heavy deadlifts this time around due to lower back issues.

I really like the lean muscle gains primo gave me, a bit more than with Anavar.
Strength gains, I think I prefer Anavar in that department. They were pretty steady this cycle, but they just took longer.

SIDES-
Ok, my biggest issue was hair loss, from the very beginning.
It kinda slowed down towards the end at around week 9-10.
My hair was everywhere and it was kinda sad, I'm not gonna lie. However, it was tolerable.
Thankfully, I'm not bald. Yet:p

Oily hair and skin was another side, but expected. A few blemishes, nothing some spot treatment can't handle.

Libido was crazy. It had its peaks, but it's still pretty strong.
My lady part are still swollen, I don't mind.

One side that kinda started creeping during the last few weeks has been deepening of the voice.
It's nothing crazy, I mean, it's so subtle. I started sounding like I smoke cigarettes, especially in the mornings.
Only one person asked me if I had been drinking the night before, lol.

My voice also cracks a little bit sometimes, especially when singing in the car.
This is another reason why this cycle is coming to an end.

It's been really fun though.
I look forward to doing other primo cycles in the future.

See guys ^^^^ knew she was alive she was just follin y'all! :D Good to see you back D and dats a lot of mass you put on! Better then most guys 2nd cycles I mean that's about a 15% increase in body mass in 12 weeks!

There was so much going on the last couple of weeks and I kept falling behind in my log :(

Everything is fine though, I survived the hurricane. We actually got super lucky and nothing happened here.

To be honest, I've been smoking a little joint here and there, so trying to do the stairmaster was hell. It makes a huge difference, especially with my history of asthma.

I'll have all the time in the world to punish myself with cardio once this cycle is over.
