Odie's First Log

Is there a study done on how long it takes tendons and ligaments to heal after a cycle? Because from what I have read they don't heal only get weaker on high doses of anabolics, correct?
Anabolics don't directly cause tendons and ligaments to get weaker, but when you cycle your muscles are growing faster than the tendons and ligaments which causes them to struggle to keep up. The only substance I know of that helps tendons et al get stronger is GH. Time off or adding GH is the only way to help them heal up and catch back up.

Anyone else?

I don't push strength limits in the gym. Pretty much never. The weights I use are pretty moderate. I have no fear of tendon issues.

Now if your a powerlifter that may be a concern

Oh I had read somewhere about certain ones as test, winny and a few others actually caused brittleness in the tendons, maybe I had read wrong.

Oh well ok yes you could be right about that. I stay away from winny and a lot of other ones. Haven't heard/read that about testostrone though. I'll check that out

Ya im sure someone would be fine as long as their not constantly trying to push the limits an attempting PR's continuously.

Lol

Damn talk about tendons. Pretty sure I inflamed my tendinitis wake boarding yesterday. I tried for some PR shit a few times and got all crazy. Might put a video up later for a laugh when I get home. Which that may be a while cause we're going to Chucky Chesse later. Lol. Nah I can land 2 flips but not 3. I got close once. The other times was a complete disaster. Anyway I'm hurting today

Arms

I felt my tendinitis immediately today. I must of inflamed it wake boarding and hydro-sliding yesterday. I went light today with the weight and it felt great. I actually went slower then TUT ( time under tension) recommends. You will see that Im using about half the weight that I usually use but It was a good damn workout and my muscles were screaming by the end of each set.

It took me close to 2 hours to complete a workout that usually takes me an hour to 1.25 hours.

Edit: You will notice that I didn't need any cardio today. I felt like I was good in that department for the day

Life is good fellas. Today consisted of gym, pool, chucky cheese( where I got to truely see what life is all about. I was the biggest kid in there ). Now I'm cleaning and reorganizating the garage. It's a job I wouldn't wish on anyone. It's bascially a storage room. I have two extra bedrooms that are completely empty so I'm fixing to make use of them and take back my garage/gym.

Last time I was at chucky cheese I got in to a pitching contest with some of the overweight dad's there. I threw that damn ball 99 mph. Not too bad. I won :)

Ha this one didn't have one of them but it had a free throw machine where the basket moves back and forth and you have 3 mins to beat your opponent. By the way I suck at basketball. lol

By the way the machine was broke if you threw it 99 mph. I played ball my whole life up till my freshman year of college and have never thrown that hard. My sisters ex is a starting pitcher for a very very well know pro team and he only pitches 96 and that's FAST

I always act like im going to Chuck E Cheese to take the kids. But usually I give them some tokens and go off on my own. Of course they take all the tickets, so its a good time for all.
