Just a quick fucking vent and I have no where else to do it. I'm an atheist. A Christian friend posted a bday greeting a couple of weeks ago with a prayer offered for me or some bullshit. Yesterday was her bday so I posted a pic of a baby baked in a cake with the following "wishing you a reasoned and happy bday". Oh the butt hurt that followed. Now she's pm-ing me telling me how patient she's been with my hatred of Christianity. Christ on a cracker. I thought I was funny. But apparently I'm mean and baiting.

Funny . Some folks have no sense of humor . Im agnostic so Im used to being scorned and judged by holy rollers...mostly my own family , who are as disfunctional as they come yet they are "forgiven" ....yeah OK . :rolleyes:

Chest day yesterday. Relatively short. Shit felt heavy. I was tired. Still pushing 120 bench but seem to have plateaued/stepped back. Going for 40 reps took 5 sets and couldn't get a full 10 in any one set. Shoulders hurt too. I'm not sure what I did, but they hurt going into the session. Made sure to lower my shoulders and try to knit my shoulder blades together.....still hurt. Oh well, I'll power on. Posterior Chain later today.

Bench 120x40 Superset with abs
Flat DB press (50# dbs and 40# dbs) 50x8 3 x 40x10 2x
Incline DB press 35x10 3x
Decline BB press 65x10 3x
 
Posterior chain day but the chest split came out to play. Idk. I always love butt day but I feel off this week. Still was able to superset most exercises. I'm going to miss this endurance when the cycle is over.

Bulgarian split squat SS w/
Glute bridges 4x10
Sumo squat 4x20-25
Kettle bell swings ss w/ 3x20-25
weighted and unweighted reverse hyper 3x10, 3x12
RDL ss with hip thrusters 6x10-20
Hamstring curl 4x10

Thanks Devika! My boobs? I'm a 34A and really should be nearly A. Lol. Must be lighting in the bathroom - which I must figure out and recreate everywhere I go. Lol. :)
