Week 8. Got back from vacation 4/24. Went back up from 10mg/day to 20mg/day. Noticed sore throat 4/28. Will back down again to 10. Patience will never be my thing. But I also don't want a micro-penis so I will back off.

I understand. We have recently found out that a micro-penis will preclude you from being with most of the women who post in this section.
 
That's right. Before I read this section I liked the strategy of saying I had a micro-penis then when it was seen I seemed like a porn star.

You know under promise over deliver. I'm rethinking that strategy based on what I'm reading. Meso is a wealth of knowledge.

Wise move cutting back the dosage by the way. No reason to mess around with your vocal chords.
 
Week 1 of training post vacation complete. Leg day today. Everything felt pretty good but I expect to be sore later today. I've been sore after my workouts all week due to the complete deload during vacation. That's ok though. I'm fresher and in gear now.

Squat 175x10 4x
Front squat 115x10 4x
Walking weighted lunges 3x17
Leg press 180x50 4x
Calf raises
Smith machine hack squat 115x12 3x
Hip thrust 155x10 3x

Also ran into a regular who told me my legs look bigger every time he sees me. I was so flattered. Then started thinking how indoctrinated I am into gym life. When/wherever else would a woman be thrilled to hear she looks bigger :)

Week 9 chest day. Strength coming back after deload. PRish with flat db press. I've used 50# dbs before but needed help intially getting them up. Was able to do it unassisted today. That felt great. Didn't even feel that heavy getting them up but failed after 8-9 reps for 3 sets. Also, after making an earnest attempt at cutting I'm finally seeing some leaning out. I will never bulk again. It's just to hard to cut afterwards.

BB Bench 120x10,10,8,8,6
Super set abs
Flat db 45x10 1x, 50x8-9 3x, 45x8
Incline db bench 40x8 3x 35x10 2x
Decline bench 85x8-10 3x

I like when my hips get narrow and I can see them leaning out here.
