Day 13 at 20 mg. 6th week of cycle. Noticed lady bits a bit swollen. Will back down to 10mg tomorrow. Drug myself through my workout today. Perfect storm of fatigue, due for deload and going on vacation (Thursday, 10 days out of the country!). Posterior chain day is usually one of my favorites but I just wanted to be done today. Also wasn't feeling my body today. Sometimes I see that I am "too big" and I can't unsee it and it taints how I view myself the rest of the day. My pity party will be over tomorrow though.
Plan on working out 3 times on vacation. Will just hit the compound moves for reps to maintain. I'm sure I'll be going nuts by the end of the vacation. But hell, I know what the inside of a gym looks like. The island, not so much.

Last lift before vacation! Shoulders and arms. Today's workout (week 6 of cycle) was much like yesterday's no PRs and everything felt heavy. I am getting a little vascular though. And I'm apparently muscular enough of the "I'm looking - not looking - at you" game at the gym. I can almost hear their thoughts "she's too big/muscular. I don't want my gf to look like that." But today was a who cares day and I enjoyed my gains. Also took a pic where you can see some separation in my leg but I was naked even with strategically placed stickers don't think I want to do that to you all. I did a Bicep thing though that I like.

Dear Wendy. You feel gross and bloated and old after vacation. Remember this day when the light was just right and you happened to pose just right and get some quad separation. Do it again only better.
