Old Ladies and Anavar

Day 3 at 20mg. Feel good. Tired from the week. Didn't get over 6hrs/night during the week. Caught up some last night with 8.5 hrs.

Leg day! Was able to increase back squat to 170 4x10, front squat to 115 4x10, and smith hack squat to 120. Hip thrusters felt easy at 135. Will go up next week. Rest of the workout felt challenging at current weights.

Ready for a nap now for the gainz :)
 
Day 4 at 20 mg. Chest day. Noticeably stronger on bench. I've been doing 40 reps at 120. This week did 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 9, 1 set of 7 and 1 set of 5. Quickest I've gotten it done. Also flat bench db press was able to bang more reps out with 50lb dbs. I'm trying to balance lifting as heavy as I can with being a little conservative. At my age I could break a hip or something. Rest day tomorrow which starts off all "Yay!" And ends with me not sure what to do with my life.

You are quite strong as well! Congrats on the increases in all your squats. That is exciting!
 
Day 6 at 20 mg. Every time I go to the gym I look ever so slightly different to me. Today I noticed much broader shoulders, wider lats. I dig this. Makes my waist and hips look smaller. Allergies had me all headachy and gross feeling all day but got energized while I was there. Wore myself out on the kettle ball swing/reverse hyper/single leg Rdl complex tho. Hip thrusts felt noticeably easier at pauses 3x10 135. Feel good today that I'm turning the recent bulk to muscle. Onward.

Great workout and I would love to see my body slowly transforming every time I go to the gym!:eek: How cool is that?! Obviously, you've been putting in the work. Can't wait to see more on here as well!

Day 7. Felt strong! Upped my standing military press to 35lb dbs. Chin up warm ups set of 10 pretty seamless. Pretty good today.
On the downside I'm tired of the breakouts on my chin. Walked around work with a big spot on my chin all day. Ugh.

I have a blemish today too...my second of the cycle. Some up&up target brand of benzoyl cream on it a few times shrunk it right up. It was a whitehead too...cant remember the last time I had a blemish of that proportion lol! Right next to my nose.
 
I'll have to pick something up! It's been years since I've had to deal! Ugh. I feel like it's a big "I'm on roids" beacon.

And thanks. I'm heading where I want to go I think. I think I'm starting to lean back out. I'm eating at maintenance figuring the extra muscle will speed my metabolism up.

Get some benzoyl peroxide 10% and it will take care of it.
I've also been using witch hazel to control my oily face.
