This is seriously stressing me out!!!!! To the max. I'm spending a fucking fortune on test strips. A fortune. I'm checking at least 10 times a day. First thing in the morning, before every single meal and sometimes snacks too, 1 and 2 hour after every meal and I eat 4 times a day sometimes 5, then just before bed. I shouldn't need to do this. I'm not even old or fat.

Will going on T reduce these blood sugar spikes? I don't want nerve damage from diabetes coming back to me and killing my dick so that viagra or cialis won't even work.

I think raised blood sugars are going to cause far more damage than a few sips of alcohol in the long term. Dr Scally you should know about this shit, your a doctor. What the fuck could be spiking my blood sugars into the diabetic range after eating carbs? Don't tell me it's alcohol because I've checked many time whilst under the influence and they're always perfect or even quite low plus loads of beer bellied guys drink a shit load who don't have glucose intolerance.

What could be shooting glucose levels so high in a 31 year old slim guy who doesn't have an inch of fat on him?

Look, I'm under a lot of fucking stress god damn it. I have to take charge of my own health, self prescribe TRT, get my bloods and prostate examinations done, looking at ways I can get therapeutic phlebotomies and my worst fear diabetes comes my way. Protein found in urine, spending a fortune on test strips and the stress of tesing my blood sugars as well as cutting carbs out of my diet and all you guys go on about is shitty, wanking, pussyfied alcohol abuse. that is the least of my fucking worries.

Doctor is that a picture of Sade's liver?

You don’t get it sade. Until you do, you will keep chasing your tail.

When you stop the Drinking, all the other stuff can be rectified. Alcoholic behavior is very confusing. You will not be able to work through your perceived problems until you manage your biggest problem. That problem is not diabetes, it’s your addiction to alcohol. When you rise above your denial and get sober, 30 days sober you might have a chance. Not until then.

You think everyone is crapping on you and you are being told the same thing by a lot of different minds.

The typical alcoholic behavior is to keep blaming something else in your life or the whole world is wrong blah, blah, blah.

There is plenty of help here. It has been offered. It appears you just want the attention. I believe most folk are tired of watching you chase your tail.

Hey, I’m a new guy here so I really don’t have a pig in this mess, but I do know alcoholic behavior when I see it and a drunk in denial.

I hope you come to grips before it’s to late.

Blood sugars are going to come back to me and cause permanent nerve damage. My life will be over. I can't believe that I was fearing becoming one and it has now happened. I will never be normal again. Diabetes is going to ruin my life.

Diabetes is ruining your life? Hahaha. Get a grip dude...

I don't even know you, or to be honest, care about your problem after seeing what I've seen in here, and I know it's not diabetes.

I'll tell the story of your time here...

You: I have problems, I have MAIS
Others: You need to stop drinking
You: I have problems, I have low test
Others: You need to stop drinking
You: I have problems, I have high LH
Others: You need to stop drinking
You: I have problems, I have a rare disorder
Others: You need to stop drinking
You: I have problems, no dr will treat me
Others: You need to stop drinking
You: I have problems, I have diabetes
Others: You need to stop drinking

Nothing will resolve until you stop drinking heavy. It just is what it is. You aren't going to run a 4.4 40 yard dash with a broken leg. Fix what you can fix first.

Blood sugars in the 200's continuously after eating carbs is definitely diabetes. It shouldn't spike higher than 140 in a normal male.

My plan is to stay off booze, stay away from this forum for a bit. Take plenty of vitamins, get my blood sugars under control then pump test enanthate in me. That's what I'm gonna do. Bye for now.

Oh, I'm not saying you don't have diabetes, or serious problems. I have no idea. I am just saying that until you get serious about the drinking, how are you going to get serious about treating your other issues.... which were probably caused by drinking.

Now I know why my T and LH have dropped:
"It's not clear whether one causes the other,” explains Dr. Fenig. “Research shows that men with low testosterone are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. Testosterone enhances the body's response to insulin, so it's possible that low testosterone can cause a poor response to insulin, and diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin."

"On the other hand, we know testosterone is made in the testicles in response to a hormone produced in the pituitary gland called luteinizing hormone. Diabetes may affect the pituitary gland, causing it to decrease the amount of luteinizing hormone it produces.” says Fenig.

That is why.
