I never said you have to get the blood work right after the injection for igf that’s just how it falls into my day to day schedule. But here in a few weeks I will pull a 24hr after pin and see what the score is.

How long were you on the sources hgh prior to pulling bloods?

The 3hr test is for your hgh serum level. It’s a completely different blood panel than igf-1 panel.

@Tiredandhot, @Mighty-mouse pretty much covered it all. An igf test is done after-minimally 1 week, preferably two at a consistent daily dose to get an accurate igf reading. It does not matter how long after(hour wise) your last injection you get your blood drawn.

A blood serum test is done 2.5-3.0hr after you have injected 10iu IM. This will only show that somatropin is existent.

The above tests have their value especially when you are using the same method to compare several Somatropins on yourself.

that is if you are doing a serum test not a igf test

when doing a serum test you will inject 10iu intramuscular and pull bloods 3hrs after to test your hgh levels

I completely agree with what @Mighty-mouse posted above. He has been running igf tests on the Optis for quite sometime time with consistency.

Have you ever ran other compounds such as tren with GH that impacted your IGF test in a negative way? as in the reading was not as high because you were running tren? from what i have read, tren can impact the score, which i think was my case last time i tested

If I recall correctly it was a 50-60% decrease. This is my experience with my Optis as well. So for me at least I can say, YES, certain AAS can decrease our igf levels.

I upped the Optis from 2ius 6days a week to 2.4ius 5days a week this week.
I dose mine at 12ius a vial.
Only reason I even upped my dose was because I like the 5 on 2 off. 2.4 ius still equal a vial a week and this helps me keep track of how many weeks I’m in.
No other logic or reasoning to up my daily dose than that lol.

I have read countless times about nandrolone affecting igf levels in bloodwork while using hgh but you are the first person I have been able to ask about it after doing the testing yourself. Do you feel that the gh response was muted in any way by the simultaneous use of the nandrolone or did it seem business as usual both physically and visually? Are you familiar with tren usage with hgh? Since it’s derived from a nandrolone, do you feel it will have any detrimental effect on the body’s response to the hgh?

4 weeks in this week. I haven’t noticed results or any sides as of yet but I’m also not looking for results right now. It’s too early. I’m running sust and mast e right now but my strength has gone up and I’m actually still gaining weight. My diet sucks right now too! I mean I’m eating like shit lol. Still working on that

I’ll have a better idea about the results I get on down the road. I went about 3 weeks off all hgh before getting pins in and starting these. So I’m gonna run them the same way I ran the blacktops and Godt last year and compare to that.

Hope to be running 5ius by the end of fall going into my winter cycle.
I will say I got great results from the hgh I’ve already ran. People comment about my size who I don’t even know (especially little kids which is the best)!

I can also tell a big difference in myself from last year. Hgh has been the only difference added! So I do give hgh the credit even though I’m eating like a horse

Let me emphasize that the legitimacy of the Pharmaceutical Somatropin is not in question, I am 100% certain of it's authenticity. Also the following is my experience;

I have enjoyed NPP for quite sometime. Used it in many occasions. Test C/NPP, Test C/NPP/EQ, Test C/NPP/Var, Test C/NPP/HGH etc etc...The point I am trying to make here is that I know how my body responds to NPP, the fullness it provides along with other benefits.

On Test C and HGH I pulled my igf levels and if I recall correctly I tested an average of 133 per IU of HGH up to 4iu, never went above that dose. When I introduced NPP to the above substances and pulled my igf levels once again several weeks later I belief my average was 60-62 per IU. I ran the same tests with my Optis and the numbers were (±)10 points. I do not have the test results in front of me so I'm strictly working off of my memory but my numbers are not off by much if any, this I'm certain of.

As far as results I noticed a significant difference in my serratus, deltoids, and quads. They were at a level of leanness that was nonexistent without Somatropin. The scale only went up a few lbs but overall I looked heavier and much more aesthetically appealing. Yes, the low igf levels from NPP were a burden mentally but the overall results speak for themselves. I personally would not hesitate to run Somatropin with a Nandrolone derivative again.

As far as Tren Ace is concerned, unfortunately I can not tolerate it long enough to give you a fair conclusion. Back in my younger years, when pellets were available I would occasionally use it. Nowadays after 3-4 days of continuous use my body aches and I get extreme lethargy from sleep impediment. Maybe I'll give Tren Ent a shot in the near future.

The above is my experience and hope that some of this has been useful.

I know sides aren't a 100 percent indicator of real hgh, however we know real hgh can cause them at high doses.
Only on optis for two days and getting tight and swollen hands. Was running 6iu of another source and jumped straight to 6iu on optis but may reduce down. Looking forward to some results!

It's a decent indicator. I was on one brand and couldn't go over 2.5iu or my hands would go numb. Switched to a generic and plugged 3.3iu first day and didn't even get a tingle.

I’ve read numerous articles on tren increasing IGF levels. I posted a study above that was done on steers however, not humans.

And as @opti has stated as well from personal experience, it didn’t really affect his levels.

Also the study didn’t include the administration of HGH, but since GH is known to increase IGF levels, I would think all should be good to go when running tren.

Now.... even though tren is a 19 nor, does that mean another 19 nor could increase IGF levels as well?? Obviously all 19 nor compounds are equal in chemical composition.

I would lean on the personal experience from Opti and get blood work done if ya can while on and off to see how your body is actually processing compounds.

I truly believe in getting the most from HGH is keeping your liver healthy.

Stomach sub-q injection soreness? I pin each morning upon waking sub-q into stomach fat, grab and hold method. Slin pins. I rotate sides/sites but after months of doing this and also twice per week HcG - there’s some definite scar tissue or just inflammation.

Harder to find a spot that doesn’t bite when the pin goes in. Any similar experiences, and suggestions for this? Go into my shoulders as IM? Slin pins can’t be long enough for that I feel. I already pin delts for some shots of gear.

Slim pins are best choice for pinning delts. But I have been pinning belly for some time with no issue whatsoever. What brand type of bac water are u using?

@Iron Vett, glad ya found the article helpful. At some point i'd like to get glands removed as well, just gotta save up for it. The very first time i ran tren, i never ran any prolactin control items, like prami or caber. I was running high enough amounts that at one point i was actually able to squeeze my right nipple hard enough and get some fluid out. FREAKED ME OUT!!!! I was also running test above normal trt amount, and developed small bit of gyno. Although i was taking an AI, i believe now it was bunk.

What i personally notice is that if i micro dose my test daily i don't seem to convert at such a high rate.
