Primo destroying e2 is something that everyone just started ranting about recently. I believe that it does indeed affect some users estrogen as some have provided labs showing so. (Although I do question how those user’s labs would look without the primo.) I also believe that primo in no way affects some users estrogen as well. I say this because I believe I have pulled more labs than anyone on this board and it would be hard to find someone who runs primo more than myself. Whether I run my trt with primo or not my estrogen on my labs are always nearly identical. Also, until recent years it was believed that when one took primo they must run it at high doses of say 700mg. That would have meant that if the earlier generation of bodybuilders wasn’t running more than a gram of testosterone to combat the primo their e2 was crashed. That’s silly. Don’t take everything you read on the internet as gospel. See for yourself how your body responds to things.
Probably people are not even reading their numbers correctly. Rich Piana posted lots of info on primo and never remember him mentioning primo having that negative effect. But guys will pin for 3 months and knows it all…

Have to open it, its much clearer once expanded and the particles are visible. That said, its the best pic im going to get of it. Ill snap another here in a bit to show several hours post reconstitution.

Best I can do on the pics, not easy to capture it. If its not sufficient, no worries. My goal isnt to prove anything, just checking in to see if anyone else had this come up recently or if some undissolved HGH particles leftover is even a big deal as long as its not cloudy. None of it makes it into the syringe from what I can see when I draw it for injection.

I’ve only seen this happen with the following, a vial reconstituted improperly, either too cold when reconstituted and not at the same temperature as the water, the vial is older stock I’ve had older vials do this the longer they sat.
And then if I let the water enter the vial too fast, or if they vial sat out at the wrong temperature after reconstituting

I like LR3 for the muscle fullness but some rodent studies suggest it might actually be anabolic as well. Eg, ref1 and ref2.

Running ~200 ug once daily.
 
No but I'm also running hGH, empagliflozin, and berberine. Maybe some balancing act between compounds that increase and decrease blood glucose. Also 8 IU insulin pre-workout. Many moving parts but no hypoglycemia (symptoms or measured with glucometer).

Fasting BG in the 80's.
I’m sitting around 95 with no ancillary on 8iu Hgh coach hasn’t wanted to use berberine yet because he feels like I’m in range, I want to start insulin but I’m skeptical I know I don’t need it yet but I also know it will be a big game changer

Yes 10iu vial.

As mentioned above, assumed it was a quality issue, potentially dimer. Everytime I go to use them, even as an add on to different HGH, I get 4 or 5 vials in and ask myself if im just putting side effects in my body for little return.

Cant be the bac water, use it on a diff brand without issue but ill rule it out and pick up a single bac in the next few weeks.

Either way, appreciate the input and additional pair of eyes. Live and learn.
 
to my insulin users if these were your macros how would you implement insulin with this meal plan
I’m not gonna use insulin yet I just want to have an idea what people normally do I know the norm is adjusting your insulin dose based off carbs in your diet not the other way around and bg reading but wasn’t sure if bg was more geared tward long acting rather then fast acting

I am not going to comment on the insulin, other than to observe that some pre-workout or post-workout usage seems to fit with your 222 grams of carbs in that window (I have sipped on some of the post-workout shake during the workout, lol, after the leg press or squat on leg days to keep from puking, but all during the workout for other days). I just wanted to say that I really like this diet. It should be cut and pasted and sent to all the newbies who say they are having trouble gaining weight and estimate that they are eating lots, usually unrealistic levels of protein and calories. It takes a lot of food to do that.

I use this model for my clients with changes and lowered quantities of foods and different food options the same model has me up 15lbs in 6 weeks
