PAINTDRINKER X CHEMICAL WARFARE X REBOUND

Probably 400 test U based on my experience but everyone is different.

Incline + shoulder press always a good selection.
I think I'll roll with the Test U. Part of me wanted the npp in because I can still build strength on very low amounts of it, but a health standpoint the Test U is really only like 60% testosterone the rest is ester weight, and my HDL is always much better on test only. Good call.

My answer definitely took into consideration the amount of ester weight haha. Trick the brain into thinking you're running more than you are!

Sick! Thanks dude. My log is just my thoughts, questions, picture updates, trying to just track progress with this SLU-PP-332 stuff.
Chase Irons is hyping it up but what does it actually do?

I have a ton of 5amino1mq thinking about using it for lipid recovery. Probably eating at maintenance for a bit.

Sides so far: a bit of loose stool initially, mildly hotter at times but super minor, mild headache at times at 12mg dose.

Benefits so far: think I am accelerating fat loss, notice a gym endurance benefit when I am fueled with food properly. noticed a bike endurance benefit when fueled. carb tolerance is up. feels like i soak up carbs into muscles incredibly well; indicating improved insulin sensitivity. everyday energy is up, not in a stimulatory way, but just that all day pace type of energy.

I think there is reason to be "hyped" about it; but i question the "hype" at 1.5mg per day. It's certainly more noticeable at the dose I'm running it at.

You stated that you are prioritizing your upper legs and arms. I can't see your legs in the photos from the first page, but your arms do not appear to be out of proportion to the rest of your upper body at all. I am not so sure I would prioritize them rather than just continue to grow overall.

Your proportions (upper body) appear to be good as is.

I rarely go to a real gym. 80 hour work weeks, single dad. I only get 3 hours a night with my kids really so id rather spend my time that way. Make due with barbells, dumbbells, ezbar, pull-up bar. Just bought a super nice hack squat so gotta make that fit in the dungeon also.

Can't really lift till they're both sleeping 3 & 5. Have kids at 24! Life will be super easy I promise!
Raising kids can be hard, but it is rewarding. Spend that time with them. It is more important than what you buy them or what you say.

Legs are a weak point absolutely. Had a procedure last week on my hip area upper quad so pretty much out of commission for a little bit.

Debating the men's physique look. It's not that I don't train legs it's just a genetic weak point. I'm fighting a distance runner build.

It's definitely been a blessing. Forced me to get my shit together. The no help thing was never part of the plan but we're getting through it. Plus they're going to be huge bc I have them on a high protein diet and lots of physical activity. We have wrestling, BJJ and gymnastics as of right now.
