Oops I ate a relaxation edible a didn't click post on my lift.

Felt super strong yesterday top sets:

Db flat 100x12x3
Db fly 70x10x2
Flat Bench 225x15x2
Incline bench 225x8x2
Pushups to failure bwx3
Finished with heavy hammer curls to failure x 3
 
Quick update. Not sure how I lost 35 lbs with a crashed thyroid, it was almost non existent. Couple days into t4 and I feel like a brand new person. Energy levels are much better, no more lethargy or fatigue. I think I confused feeling "toxic" with literally just having a fucked thyroid. @bjjgear not sure if you pulled the trigger on the t4 but I don't think it's a bad idea running 18iu gh. I think you mentioned something about a little face bloat? My face gained +3 points way less bloated moonface look. Makes a big difference man.

Blood sugar is under control also, this could also be helping with the fatigue. 35 units of long acting insulin in the morning and I'm consistently between 80-90 BG all day.

Chest is absolutely smoked after yesterday, can't wait to hit back and shoulders tonight.

Also readalot better fucking come back in November or I'll be mad.
 
Back day went very well. Heavy BB row, wide grip and close grip. Heavy single db rows 80lbs to failure.

Had a ton of fun with the closer. Bodyweight pullups 12 sets of 15.

4 wide grip
4 neutral grip
4 close grip

The most fun I've had hitting back in a long time

I'll try to hit legs this Friday but probably a bad idea

Ok ok thanks that was hilarious @iris my kid told me he cried at school because a kid he really likes said he won't be his friend and wouldn't let him play with the rest of them at recess. Got super fucking mad and I'm usually really reserved probably the hormones but it made me feel a mix between pure rage and just kinda sick. Been seeing red all afternoon. Never had to deal with something like this before just kinda sad. I wanted to be nuts and call the school but I settled down and just let him go wild on candy.

I'm confused. Is this about hands, feet, knees, or DRE withdrawal or something?
 
Time to call it on the rebound basically at my goal weight, minimal fat gain. Probably put on 1.5lbs of muscle the rest is water and glycogen. Feeling very strong, back in a 2xl.

This is going to be my main log but there’s a few things to square away before the growth phase. Have some new insight on how to approach this. First thing that needs to get done, lower liver enzymes and get them back in range.

Also I’m sure my lipids are smoked so I’ll be on 400 Test U for the next 4-6 weeks, I’ll post the lipid panel and if you guys think it’s acceptable I’ll move forward with the growth phase.

My plan is for a 9 month cycle but I’m going to keep the doses truly moderate throughout. 400 test for the time being and I’ll slowly start adding in EQ. To start will be something like 400 test u 200 eq and I’ll slowly titrate the eq by roughly 100mgs a month. Keeping test/eq 1:1

223 in the pic still have good abs, arms are fuller with less vascularity, standard messy room. No pump, I’ll catch a good pump tonight and get some movie theatre lighting going for the final pump pic

Also always been curious what are those little side ab gills called. Always had em since I was kid but I think there’s an actual term for them

Why test U though? It will take forever to build up. If you plan altering your T dosage in the near future it's not a good idea, unless you're gonna stay 400 for a pretty long time.

So there's a couple reasons. I've always been a fast ester or sustanon guy. I think keep levels very stable with extremely long esters can help with the skin. I also have a shit ton of it.

I also decided instead of the kitchen sink approach I'll try to keep the androgens lower. With insulin and gh I think the 3 way synergy can be more effective than high androgens long term. My body grows better when I'm healthy and I want to stay healthy long as possible.

Some of the really big guys on PM that I look up to encourage the very high doses but I want to stay under a gram and see what I can do.

You can keep levels pretty stable with test E and 3-4 pins per week too, i agree less fluctuations=less side effects but test U is like going to the very end of options for this matter.

Yeah man, i'm in the same boat too. Use as much as you need..and a little more just for the fun of it, but there's no reason to go crazy with dosages if your body can't handle it or you if you simply don't need it.
