Time to call it on the rebound basically at my goal weight, minimal fat gain. Probably put on 1.5lbs of muscle the rest is water and glycogen. Feeling very strong, back in a 2xl.
This is going to be my main log but there’s a few things to square away before the growth phase. Have some new insight on how to approach this. First thing that needs to get done, lower liver enzymes and get them back in range.
Also I’m sure my lipids are smoked so I’ll be on 400 Test U for the next 4-6 weeks, I’ll post the lipid panel and if you guys think it’s acceptable I’ll move forward with the growth phase.
My plan is for a 9 month cycle but I’m going to keep the doses truly moderate throughout. 400 test for the time being and I’ll slowly start adding in EQ. To start will be something like 400 test u 200 eq and I’ll slowly titrate the eq by roughly 100mgs a month. Keeping test/eq 1:1
223 in the pic still have good abs, arms are fuller with less vascularity, standard messy room. No pump, I’ll catch a good pump tonight and get some movie theatre lighting going for the final pump pic
Also always been curious what are those little side ab gills called. Always had em since I was kid but I think there’s an actual term for them
