PAINTDRINKER X CHEMICAL WARFARE X REBOUND

Uve

U gota be a painter by trade, correct? lol
Im a 9 year carpenter I just went independent not long ago. I work with a team of designers come up with a plan and basically make it happen. So I have to get HVAC, plumbing, electrician, inspectors and make sure the job gets done legally start to finish all up to code.

I have a painting business on the side but I don't do the work, I just sell the jobs and sub them out. So if I sell a job for 10k I'll pay my sub 7 and take home 2 after taxes. Just broking even there but I will be profitable soon. Going independent was the best decision I ever made

Also have a supplement line I've been working on for a long time, I'll post what I have available when I'm home. I got banned on Amazon like right away because I have Cialis pump products and things like that lol

For context I'm 29 and I have very good understanding of how to actually get the work done, the business end especially tax law and things like that have been a huge headache and physically don't have enough time to focus on that end so I'm learning as I go and hoping to God I don't fuck something up bad and get sued. I'm in way over my head on this hospital job. I have 0 employees just subcontractors that show up sometimes

Heavy singles and doubles top sets

Db flat 120x2
Flat bench 350x1
Incline Bench 255x1

Trying to fix my form on incline bench I can move way more weight but my wrist is like popping out of place even with wraps. Suspect it's from the letro+ accutane

That’s really awesome and great to hear my man, especially at your age. We have a lot in common but u seem to be nailing it. You should be proud of ur self. I’ve been a carpenter for 15-17 years ? I’m a Forman for a huge building company I can grab plans and go, I make upwards of 100k not including my little side jobs. But I should be a pm or have my own license right by now but I’m lazy and comfortable I guess, plus Im not good at the legal/biz law stuff.

My dad was a painting contractor and I worked for him as a kid and he wanted to give me all his equipment and clientele but we had a falling out, he wanted too big of a percentage and I hate painting.

So ur basically working as a general contractor. They love carpenters for that job because we put the bones in, yea plumbers and electricians are smart but they would be lost and not know what to do without a good structural framer setting or double checking everything for them. “ locations/elevations” ect. They even send me out on jobs with concrete and steel guys and have me double check their stuff to make sure it jives with my shit.

Ur gana be golden dude. Just always never under bid so u don’t loose ur ass and keep an eagle eye on ur subs. You know carpentry so that’s the main part. The main dunes to get u in trouble will be plumbers and electricians, I would get a book on those trades and study up. Then go for your gc license.

Debating skipping push b day today. Between the am sprints and roughly 10 hours of LISS cardio at work I think I should be shoveling my face with food and not exerting more energy. My average heart rate today was 133.

Busted up concrete all day, loaded into barrels, carry barrels down hallway to elevator, elevator to 1st floor, take barrels to dumpster in alley, repeat. All day long. What an electric fucking day.

Looks like Tren/Ment/Drol is actually good for your kidneys and will improve your numbers. Liver enzymes not so much. No absence I’m fine haha IMG_6812.webp
