Palifter’s competition log

Looking great man. You are in good hands with Luki, he added a crazy amount of stage weight to my frame in a year. Good luck with everything

I'm assuming he's doing liquid. Pills or liquid @Palifter?
I do high concentration softgels. Enteric coated and lemon flavoring just in case. Never get fish burps personally.
Great progress!!! Getting into that open look.

How much Test and Eq per Week ?

GH protocol ?

I never get into specific doses. I run enough to be a large human lol

GH I do a vial per day. 1/2 vial 30 min before pre meal, 1/2 vial before bed.
Regular heart surveillance? Echos/ekg, etc?

Way to go! Best wishes on your goals.
I shoot to get this done every 2 years. Coming up on that date actually.

Thanks man! He definitely knows his stuff and our coaching style is very similar so this is easy for me, transition and adherence wise.

I
Every year at least. You have a baseline?
I’m not disagreeing with you there.

I don’t have a good/accurate baseline. I’m in the process of finding a cardiologist and gastro local to me (PCP as well) now that I’ve moved. A good healthcare provider in your corner can be invaluable I’ve found. I’ve had more good than bad unfortunately.

I will be getting some more comprehensive blood work for my coach once the test and EQ are fully kicked in. I like to do bloods every quarter, unless I’m sick or use more harsh compounds in which case I’ll opt to draw a few additional times. I’ve been using Marek health and been happy with them. If others have alternate suggestions, please let me know!

What is it you do every two years? He threw out a couple different options.

Sorry, an EKG specifically. I actually got referred to a cardiologist in the same network as my PCP so I will be setting up a consult soon.

I also did a recent sleep study to support my hypothesis for severe sleep apnea. Sure enough, I have it. I’ve been using a CPAP the last month or so and already notice a huge improvement in energy and gym performance. BP and resting HR also became in better range. Also my gf no longer punches me in my sleep due me snoring. The CPAP is literally a lifesaver but boy did it take some getting used to. I recommend to all my bigger clients getting a sleep study. Most have no clue the damage they’re doing if gone unchecked.
I think you meant that the other way around but I get it.

Haha yes, yes I did. See, I probably didn’t wear my CPAP the night prior and my brain function was hindered.

@Palifter
with the EQ and Test stack + arimidex how much are your E2s approximately?

I ask why some subjects combining Test and EQ do not need AI, to understand how subjective it can be

I just had my first EKG. My cardio referred me to a cardiologist in hopes of further testing. I have my first kidney ultrasound tomorrow. This all came about from me telling my doc I'd like to body build until I'm 30. I've always had lowish eGFR (sub 70) so he wanted to play it safe. No complaints on my end as I've always wanted this tested but couldn't get anyone to order it (Im in Canada).

CPAP has been a game changer for me as well man. Once you get used to it, theres really no going back.

Get that baseline echo if you can. Take care and glad you caught the SA. Well done.

Echo plus Ekg every year. Take care of you since you have such great genes for this stuff. Thanks for your log!

More food being added in. Slowly gaining strength back and the pumps are becoming fun again
Incredible Job. On the one hand I want you to be careful with your health as much as reasonably possible. On the other hand if you are going to put in all the effort on training, eating, and the other stuff you would like to have something to show for it.

You seem to be doing a great job balancing it all. Congrats.
I still want to see that echo. Take care Brother. Thanks for sharing all your progress.

It’s my pleasure! I appreciate the feedback and guidance as always.
