I do high concentration softgels. Enteric coated and lemon flavoring just in case. Never get fish burps personally.I'm assuming he's doing liquid. Pills or liquid @Palifter?
Great progress!!! Getting into that open look.
How much Test and Eq per Week ?
GH protocol ?
I shoot to get this done every 2 years. Coming up on that date actually.Regular heart surveillance? Echos/ekg, etc?
Way to go! Best wishes on your goals.
Thanks man! He definitely knows his stuff and our coaching style is very similar so this is easy for me, transition and adherence wise.Looking great man. You are in good hands with Luki, he added a crazy amount of stage weight to my frame in a year. Good luck with everything
Every year at least. You have a baseline?every 2 years
I’m not disagreeing with you there.Every year at least. You have a baseline?
A good healthcare provider in your corner can be invaluable I’ve found. I’ve had more good than bad unfortunately.
What is it you do every two years? He threw out a couple different options.
I think you meant that the other way around but I get it.
Sorry, an EKG specifically. I actually got referred to a cardiologist in the same network as my PCP so I will be setting up a consult soon.
I also did a recent sleep study to support my hypothesis for severe sleep apnea. Sure enough, I have it. I’ve been using a CPAP the last month or so and already notice a huge improvement in energy and gym performance. BP and resting HR also became in better range. Also my gf no longer punches me in my sleep due me snoring. The CPAP is literally a lifesaver but boy did it take some getting used to. I recommend to all my bigger clients getting a sleep study. Most have no clue the damage they’re doing if gone unchecked.
Haha yes, yes I did. See, I probably didn’t wear my CPAP the night prior and my brain function was hindered.
Get that baseline echo if you can. Take care and glad you caught the SA. Well done.Sorry, an EKG specifically. I actually got referred to a cardiologist in the same network as my PCP so I will be setting up a consult soon.

Incredible Job. On the one hand I want you to be careful with your health as much as reasonably possible. On the other hand if you are going to put in all the effort on training, eating, and the other stuff you would like to have something to show for it.More food being added in. Slowly gaining strength back and the pumps are becoming fun again
It’s my pleasure! I appreciate the feedback and guidance as always.Incredible Job. On the one hand I want you to be careful with your health as much as reasonably possible. You seem to be doing a great job balancing it all. Congrats.
I still want to see that echo. Take care Brother. Thanks for sharing all your progress.
Heart stuff is about the only guidance I can offer to someone like you. Mutant. I don't even get triggered by your pics as they are foreign and alien to me. As if you landed from a distant planetguidance
what sources of fat in the pre meal with humalog (I imagine you use that little bit of fat to avoid hypoglycemia and keep blood sugar stable)More food being added in. Slowly gaining strength back and the pumps are becoming fun again
You’re correct.what sources of fat in the pre meal with humalog (I imagine you use that little bit of fat to avoid hypoglycemia and keep blood sugar stable)
That's a lot of hard work. Looking good man. Also found this good comparison pic. 2 years between pics. Lower body has really come up due to hitting legs 2x a week and splitting up the volume to make it more manageable.
