First up was my post workout meal on my high day. 200g carbs and almost 0 fat. Those pretzels are a cheat code for smashing carbs low in fat.

We love rays no sugar added as well. Doesn’t taste like all thenother diet crap bbq sauces AND it’s not a mega corporation!

What other fat free yummy foods do you like? Never thought about pretzels. Seems besides the usual carb sources cereal is about as “wild” as people get.

My high carb days are predominately my usual suspects - rice cakes, jasmine rice, oats and sweet/red potato. But I will also add in the below to make the carb goal easier to hit and more fun:

Fruit
Bagels
English muffins
Pretzels
Cereal
Sorbet/sherbert

So, as far as I am concerned, your carbs list is fabulous, Mr Malfeasance is totally correct and I am guilty as charged.

There is nothing at all wrong with carbs!

I just notice women beginners who are having trouble making changes, when I review their diet or my wife reviews their diet, it is all carbs and almost no protein.

Many women come to my wife and ask how she made such visible changes, e.g., after pregnancy and in excellent shape a few months later, so she talks to them about diet, asks them to track, and it is like pulling teeth to get them to increase protein. One woman was eating about 20 grams of protein a day, and she thought she ate "a lot" of protein. A solid month of encouragement about how to increase protein intake by changing meal selections only got her up to 60 grams. But the carbs were her whole diet!
