Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Repping the hundos on anything is impressive. I just started the one arm overhead presses like two months ago and love them.
Haven't done the 100's since I injured my left arm early February so it will be a while before I can get to pick them up again. My gym has db's to 125.

the more if thought about it the more i think you shouldnt do the second banded idea. i think it would affect your lat too much. i would do either band/chain deadlifts. Rack pulls would work. Deficit stiff leg deads i think would work really well. Or Dimel deadlifts. just my opinion

this is the type of set up i was talking about

I was told by someone I'm inclined to believe that it was a rotator cuff issue rather than lat. Frequent benching aggravated by sumo deadlift with shoulders forward. Does that change your opinion?

yes and no. lol i would just feel like a POS if i suggested this to you and it aggravated it again. all you can do is try them and see how they feel. i think the optimal order of that list would be
1. band/chain deadlifts
2. deficit stiff legg
3.Dimel deads or the banded deads from that picture
4. rack pulls

i just really am not a fan of rack pulls. feel i have not had much carry over. ive had heavy stiff leg in my programming before like this, a single at 9RPE till 10RPE (or 3 sets if thats reached first). you could do block pulls similarly to that also.

I'm planning on going to CDL school this summer. Not sure I'm willing to do this type of work for near minimum wage in the Midwestern summer. They'd have to bump me to like $11/hour for that.

You're installing cable for less than $11 an hour? That's fucked up.. I pay our technician assistants $12 an hour. Lol. Most the people are fresh out of the joint too. One of my buddies I sat with worked for me for awhile. One day he took a 1/4 of shrooms before a job and had a bad trip and jumped off their roof and got arrested for chasing after kids down the street. Lol...
