I think I'm back in the game. Feeling really strong at the moment. Pauses weren't there on my top set, but got them right on the back offs. I think i was capable of 405lbs today. I'm feeling good about at least 600x3 on deadlift next week, too.

Not bad at all for bench (even without spotter)...and didn't you say bench was not your forte? Good you starting to feel your old self again.

I gotta get up and go here, aftwr either a 1 hour nap or a 5 hour nap, we'll see lol. Glad it's just an accessory day, i had to move those fuckin doors a second time and it about did me in lol

I mean I can bench 405lbs, I wouldn't say I'm terrible at it. Deadlift is my specialty though.

I usually don't bother with a spotter when there's no question I'm going to get it. I'm used to training alone and I rarely miss reps, so not much need. Plus not getting crushed is great motivation not to fail. #YOLO

Thanks. I went through the same thing with 8' doors a few weeks ago. Was a nightmare.

Total nightmare. On the brightside I used it as justification to eat a brownie so it kind of evens out lol.

Heart rate is a bit concerning this morning. I'm sitting mostly still painting a windowsill and I could tell it was thundering away. Kinda regret checking it because now I'm even more aware of it.
 
I notice it's a lot higher after I eat, too. Especially now that I'm eating so much beyond being full. A lot of the time my heart pounds and I'm short of breath after I eat for awhile. Never this long though, i had breakfast almost two hours ago.
