Beltless squats for speed 350lbs for 15x2
Sumo block pull 585x1, 585x1, 650x1 (PR)
Bulgarian split squats 135x7, 155x7, 165x7, 175x7, 185x7

Feeling beastly strong lately, sucks this blast ends next week. Tried focusing more on speed for my 15x2 today. Block pulls felt weird at first since i haven't done sumo in months, but ended up feeling easy and I went for 650. Probably could have done 675. Split squats i hadn't done in forever either, so i just kept adding weight. I think 185x7 was a PR on those.

^ peak set of sumo block pulls.

Damn man, nice pull here. Congrats on the PR

@Eman @Anabolicchocoholic

Found this at Kroger, gonna throw some in my shakes tomorrow.

@MindlessWork is correct, kind of like a drinkable yogurt. I like it, it's fizzy and actively fermenting. I prefer kefir soda but this is a cheaper alternative. You can actually make your own if you find out you like it. Just need some of the kefir cultures from a health food store.

Hope it helps! Acidophilus milk is another option I believe, pretty sure it's heavy on probiotics too.

Weird, never looked into kefir must be a resilient yeast if it holds up to being refrigerated for long periods of time. I've intentionally fermented a few things but never thought about milko_Olol

I hope you like it!!! Tbh my first few times I hated it. We eat it with meals all the time and I used to avoid it, but I started to like it more once I added cinnamon/stevia to it. Mixing it in shakes is a good idea, I bet strawberry would taste amazing.

LOVE the kefir sodas

I hate Aldi's though . Fucking Rotz crackers and Horeo cookies, haha!

Can't beat the prices though. I save a lot over Kroger, although I still go there for a few things Aldi's doesn't carry.

Good job on your deads by the way. I just started doing them 2wks ago again. I had a full knee replacement 10mos ago. Doc gave me the green light.

Thanks. You done them in the past or are you brand new to them?

When I was in my early 20's. I pulled 635 at about 200lbs. I pulled 395 for 4 sets of 3 today. I weigh 280 now at 6'2.

That's about where I estimate I am right now. Pulled an easy 585x3 a couple weeks ago and going for 600x3 next week.

Congrats on getting back to it. Nice numbers for just getting back.

I have long arms and short legs.My inseams like 30/31 and my wingspan is 79". I'm like a tall chimp.

Nice, built to pull.

My girl is from Germany, doesn't matter where we go up get groceries... We always stop at Aldi's for her lol. We went in a few weeks ago and it turned out to be German week, she left out an audible gasp of joy.

I'm just joking anyway. It's a fine store but it's a haul from my house.

Thanks. The weird part is I seem to feel the tension bad where my glute/ham connect. I don't remember feeling that in the past. The good news is the knee has zero pain.
