How do you guys run your drol in terms of dose and length of time?
I've run as long as 8 weeks. As high as 100mg day. If I run it 4 100mg day. Any longer than 4 weeks I'll run it at 50mgs a day.

If you plan to run through the cycle stagger it. Make sure to run right into your meet though. And have all your other goodies, halo, TNE and or tren base.

I see that 700+ pound deadlift. That shit is right around the corner.
 
Just my two cents. I'd add tren into my cycle if I were. Now this all depends on if you want to bulk or just stay at a certain weight class.

I'm sitting between 215-220. I'm on a high dose of tren and I usually can eat like a fat kid on tren. But I see that is only if my tren dose is low.

Strength is ridiculous. I'm pushing pulling and benching bigger numbers at this weight then when I was at 240.

So I added EQ and it has helped me gain that appetite back. Also I mentioned in one of my threads. If I don't eat a big breakfast, it's like body just wont want to eat much. Breakfast sets me up for more caloric intake, more energy and strength during my training sessions.

For breakfast is a big must.

Yes, it'll be my last meet for awhile. Gonna focus on this career change right after.

I'm getting 1300 calories for breakfast. Tren affects my appetite absolutely zero even on a high dose. I might run some low to moderate tren, we'll see. I'm not doing EQ because of the potential anxiety.

I'd definitely add tren bro. You're breakfast is big. Very important. You'll be laughing while pulling 700. Lol

I need to start using HGH.
 
I personally like the idea of building up at the end, sort of like how you're peaking with your strength program.

I always increase at the end to combat gains slowing down anyways. Strength gains tend to level off at the end of a cycle as well, not good when you're planning to set your PR's in the 10-12 weeks mark.

I've never tried pyramiding my cycle. I'll front load to get saturated faster, when gains start to slow. Doses go up and or and an oral.

I'm going give the pyramid a try next go around. So I can compare which one works best for me. I'll still from load though.

When I said pyramid I only meant pyramid up but not down, I should have specified.

I understood you. You kind of mentioned in another post like perking for your meet. I'm going try the pyramid next blast. See how that keeps the gains as opposed to starting at a some what high dose then increasing the doses as I feel the gains slowing.
 
Didn't get my 600x3. Super bummed. I probably had it for a double looking at the video, but I stopped after the first rep. Fucking sucks and super disappointed with myself. Only silver lining is it's technically a PR since I've never pulled 600 conventional.
What made you stop after the 1st rep?
