I put it to the test this morning. Work up a little later than usual. 6am Blue berry pancakes 5 scrambled eggs 3 slices of bacon and two sweet potatoes with a shake that had 60grams of protein between the Greek yogurt and whey, two bananas and peanut butter. I took one pill right before eating. Felt ok still a little bloated.

9am had a 1300 calorie shake 60 grams of protein over 200 grams of carbs 7grams of fat. I took 2 pills that meal and felt like I didn't even eat.

I was hungry by 11am And had two chicken Kabobs, grilled potatoes and olives. I love olives. No pills taken here this was rather light.


1pm felt hungry again this was my preworout meal two peanut butter sandwiches and a banana.

So far it's working like a charm. Just have to shit often. Lol.

Yeah lol it'll do that to me too... Things just seem to break down in your body faster. I will have to look into the ones you're using. I just use generic cheap ones, gummy kind and kefir with dinner. I used to do yogurt that had extra probiotics in it too, I'd always start my day with one then eat my big breakfast an hour or two later.

That sounds like a dream come true. I always feel awful after I eat these days.

I know what you mean man, that's why I mentioned them before. I just like getting the enzymes from a variety of sources... Kefir by itself might not be quite enough. I'm not real religious with them until I start really eating a lot, then I'll take a small dose with most meals.

Saurkraut is actually a pretty good source for them too if you guys like it. I'm going to try and incorporate more pork with that next time I'm getting bulky.

I like Sauerkraut. I'll try that as well.
 
Thats my biggest issue now. After eating 6k+ for almost 2 years my old stomach cant take it anymore.
I was like you bulking from 2014 to 2016. I stopped slamming food in May 2016. Felt good to actually enjoy food. But my body was so used to all the eating that I was always hungry. Even after having a meal, I'd get hungry again 30-45 minutes later.

But back on the bulk train.
 
It's exhausting. I worry it's going to permanently bloat my stomach, too. I'm just over 6k right now.

@Eman i love sauerkraut, just never have it.

See if you can incorporate it some more.

Check out Puritans pride website for digestive health supposed, haven't gotten on there in a while but they used to have great deals. Buy one get three free and stuff.

A little perma bloat is necessary for powerlifting though. :D

This is me to a T. I was used to eating whatever I wanted. So when I actually started to watch my calories, I was always hungry. It actually puts me in a bad mood sometimes. I can be a real dick just bc I'm hungry still, and this is just after eating lol
 
i have close to half of 3500 calories for breakfast. lololol
This breakfast is my huge meal. Today I will be over 2000 calories for breakfast. Eating my usual breakfast then a fucking shake. Shit I'll be close to 3000 calories.

My day and schedule changed at the blink of an eye. Was going eat breakfast head to get some cryotherapy and leg compression boots then lunch and gym.

A delivery that was suppose to arrive tomorrow is coming today, and I have to sign for it.
