I've had my knee aggravated from squats, but deads never bothered it. Maybe some compression shorts or those sleeves for the upper legs might help. Got a strongman buddy that wears them.
Rehband warm pants would be good. I have pair I wear on occasion, when I'm just stiff. Harris Stability Systems, offers a pair like the rehbands that are 3mm thick.
 
So my blast is coming to an end on Tuesday. Gonna cruise for three months at 200mg/week of test cyp and then start my next blast and meet prep. Here's what I'm thinking for that one:

Weeks 1-12 1050-1400mg/week of TPP
Weeks 1-12 700mg/week of NPP
Weeks 1-12 3-5iu ED of HGH

I want to incorporate anadrol. I've been hearing it's not too bad for longer periods. I'm thinking one of the following:

Weeks 1-4 50mg ED
Weeks 5-8 off
Weeks 9-12 50-100mg ED depending on how i felt on 50mg

Or

Weeks 1-12 50mg ED

Or something else?

I'll need at least 1mg ED of Adex for that dose for sure. I was told to use raloxifene preemptively with the drol. I don't seem to be gyno prone, but don't want to take any chances with it. It supposedly doesn't affect IGF-1 the way nolvadex does either. Will definitely have to self phlebotomy monthly on this run as well.

I really think I've got a shot at this 1675lbs total as long as this cruise goes well. I'm thinking 575/425/675 is more realistic. My squat is still a little down, but my bench and deadlift are stronger than they've ever been right now. I'd estimate 405ish and 635ish. If I can get my squat back to where it was about a month ago (550) hitting 575 next blast shouldn't be too hard. Hell, a better pair of wraps would get that. Bench and deadlift should happen, too, especially if i can make some gains on this cruise.

Anyway, that's where I'm at right now. Any thoughts on the cycle from anyone?

I'd include it. Maybe run the test on the lower side of what you're planning and pyramid up at the end like you did, inadvertently, this blast. Lol.

Injectable Anadrol was good for me, seemed like it kicked in quicker than oral. I had success with taking an oral about 2-3 hours PWO and then pinned inj 90min PWO. It did have a bit of a bite to it.

I need more halo, too. Got like three 10mg pills left. I'm probably not going to run tren on the next blast, so no need for tren base. Maybe nandro base, but I doubt it. Money is going to be a concern. I'll be forced to quit my job when I go to school this summer. I'll probably get something temporary after school is over to get me by until i figure out what I'm going to do.
I like the idea of pyramiding your cycle. I usually jump right into with a front load. Then week 8 I'll up the dose of of one the compounds I'm using or start an oral like drol week and run it till the end.

All personal preference on how which way keeps your strength going up with out plateauing. And your good with programing and training but off course stay the course with that.

And thanks for posting up how you have been having trouble getting down all those calories. The many helpful posts from other members have helped. I went and got that essential enzymes today. See how it works. My first meal is carb and calorie dense but leaves me feeling like shit. Now I know it's because my body is digesting it fast enough. Or properly.

Tonight essential enzymes will be put to the test. I'm going make shake consisting of 263 carbs 1270 calories and 7 grams of fat. I'll report back in the morning our in the middle of night lol.

I personally like the idea of building up at the end, sort of like how you're peaking with your strength program.

I always increase at the end to combat gains slowing down anyways. Strength gains tend to level off at the end of a cycle as well, not good when you're planning to set your PR's in the 10-12 weeks mark.

How do you guys run your drol in terms of dose and length of time?
