Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

These are perfect ranges for a powerlifter:D

I wouldn’t worry about that estro, the ratio is good considering TT

You do anything for hct? Ive been using beetroot powder and it’s been keeping mine at 47

Yeah, I've had my estro in the 90's with no symptoms. When I first started on gear I got too focused on the numbers and took too much AI to keep it in range. The last couple years I cut way back and it's been fine.

I usually drain a pint of blood at home about every eight weeks or so. I did take a pint a few weeks ago, but kind of was slacking most of the year on draining regularly.

I've read some stuff that suggested after years of blasting and cruising (or TRT) eventually your body would find an equilibrium with the red blood cells and hematocrit. Don't know enough about science and biology to know if it's true. In the past even a cruise dose had me low to mid 50's though. This month marks four years I've been on, so maybe it's finally started to even out a bit.

I been fluctuating between 52-60 for that myself. Estro I got as high as 300...but weirdly nothing but bloating for symptoms.

supposed to lower RBC's , hematocrit, hemoglobin etc. Not positive on the science but alot of trt guys have been doin it with success. When I started trt I jumped on it after my first blood work. Hematocrit was increasing and I wasnt interested in donating blood every 4-6 months. been doing it the last 18 months and it's kept my hct at 47 even with some blasts in there.

My hemoglobin has been rising the last year. Worried next donation I could be deferred. Where do you pick it up? How much and how do you take it?

Thanks

PA l, quick question bro... have you ever trained dead’s by doing progressively lower block pulls? Like 18” one session, then 16”, 14”, etc. ? I can’t find any info on this method, but it seems like it would work.

I actually talked about doing it a few months ago and came up with a plan that I never followed through with. I bought some of those 3/4" horse trailer mats from Rural King and cut them to eight equal pieces. So could start at 3" and go down from there in 3/4" increments. Main reason I didn't is because the mats are heavy and hard to get in and out of the gym all the time and I'm already bringing my deadlift bar with me.

My theoretical program was three week waves at the same height and dropping reps and increasing weight, then drop a mat and try to keep the weight the same and repeat the three weeks at lower height. Eventually you'd be pulling from the floor with the same weight you started pulling from blocks from. You'd choose variations and accessories based on your weaknesses and deadlift stance.

18", 16", and 14" are too much height for block pulls though. Gonna change the movement too much. I'd say start at 4-6" max.

Yeah, my hematocrit used to be low 50s. I've been on trt for 5yrs and it's always 48,49 now. Including this past tren cycle. I think you may be right about it leveling off after a while.
On trt at 250mg test cyp a wk my test is between 1400-2000 (ugl) and my estrogen hovers around 10. I take 1 12.5mg dose of aromasin on injection day. I'm thinking of dropping the aromasin though.

This month is actually 4 years blasting and cruising for me. My RDW and those other numbers that indicate iron and whatnot are looking much better now, too. Before those were always out of range and now they never are.

Most of the time I don't take any Arimidex on my 150-200mg cruises. Occasionally I'll feel a little off and take 0.5mg, but that's maybe once every couple months if even at all. On this blast I've been taking 0.5mg twice a week on injection days.

Here's that top set with my amateur video editing skills. I think I could've pulled seven hundred today if I'd tried it.

Awesome! I just bought some deadlift socks, I'm ready. I got up to 575 for 2 a couple of years ago but fucked up my si joint. Shots did nothing for it at all. Slept on my side with a body pillow between my legs and it went away in 6 mos. Still a little gunshy because I didnt actually feel anything happen when I did it. I think it was a progressive type of thing.

Really good numbers, even more so taking age and height into account. Have you looked at the masters records for your state?
