Comp bench 275x3, 295x3, 315x3, 315x3, 335x3, 365x2, 385x2 PR, 405x2 PR

Wasn't even planning on benching today, but my girlfriend just started going to the gym and I went with her. Warmed up a little and was just gonna do 3x3 with 315lbs and then AMRAP. 315 felt like 225lbs, so just kept going up and up and ended up with 405x2.

Sounds like you are on a roll...no pain at all?
 
I took 800mg of Ibuprofen pre workout, but elbows are feeling a little sore. Let me use my poverty editing skills and I'll upload the video.
Ouch that's a lot of ibuprofen. I have some 600mg tabs that I cut in half and comes in handy to help relax tense muscles so I can sleep.
 
thats a standard manual labor/ gym dose
Ahh...my doc gave me 600mg tabs for when I injured my back last year. I take the full caps now and then but I split them for 300mg when needed to smash down a nasty headache.

That's as much as I can arch, I'm not very limber. As far as a lift off that guy had never spotted me before and I've had bad experiences with spotter error, so wasn't taking any chances on a PR attempt.

I'm currently running the following EOD:
200mg of test cyp
125mg of deca
75mg of NPP
75mg of test prop

And running the following ED:
75mg of Anavar
4iu of HGH
20mg of MK 677

Calories roughly 5000 per day. Was at 5700 for a few weeks and just couldn't maintain it. I say roughly 5000 because I'm still shooting for 5700, but failing to finish all my food most days. Some days might be high 4000's and some closer to 5700 if I'm able.

How do you like running the test cyp eod? I'm running 500mg every 4 days is it any noticeable difference or is it just more convenient since your running prop also.

I started this cycle with just test cyp and deca and was pinning twice a week. I just decided to throw in the prop and NPP a few weeks back and started with EOD pinning just out of convenience.
 
Waw then if you try to be more flexible and learn the bench setup, i can swear thst you will add at least 10~15 lbs. The acceleration of the mvt looks pretty impressive.

Do you like to anavar? How do you feel on it? Are you cramping or having some bad pumps?

Yeah, I need to work on it. I'm spending most of my stretching and mobility time on hips and sumo deadlift setup.

Anavar is probably my favorite steroid. I feel pretty much normal on it except my strength goes through the roof. Some pumps occasionally at work, in the mornings mostly.
 
I have a dumb question :Are u able at this stage do differentiate between real a fake Var ? Do you keep you strength gains after pct?
