By the way 60 reps bench? :o why bro why? Hhaha for me less than 6 reps works strength and more than 8 reps for volume. Thst means also at 7 reps nothing is done :D but really why 15 reps?

And leg press as well? :o

I'm just screwing around till the first of the year. There's no gains to be made during this cut and not gonna get injured doing light sets. 15-20 gives a good pump.

Had to cut it short. Work was supposed to be a short day today and took forever. I've still got laundry to do and pack suitcases and prep food. We're leaving for vacation in the morning.
 
Yesterday:

Normal fasted cardio routine before leaving for vacation. Then drove all day and didn't have time to update. Had my weekly cheat meal at a Longhorn Steakhouse on the way. Chili cheese fries, caesar salad, chicken tenders, and loaded baked potato

Today:
Normal fasted cardio routine at the hotel.

I'll probably have a couple reasonable cheat meals this week. Just went to Publix and got the stuff for prepping my usual daytime meals. I'm going to keep up the a cardio and lifting as normal.

I joking around, obviously the cheese fries and chicken strips coke and cookies aren’t the best nutritional choices but doing it every once in a while won’t kill you either. I eat pretty clean but have some chips and salsa or maybe a cookie or 2, or a beer, maybe a burger at least once a week just so I don’t feel like a slave to a diet. I’m definitely not ripped but not a lard ass either and eat clean for the energy and recovery.

When I'm not doing low carb I'm having burgers and tacos regularly for dinner. Still mostly clean throughout the day.

To me cutting always feels less like being a slave to diet than bulking. I hate force feeding so much. Cutting takes so much less effort than bulking.
