In all seriousness though I've had good results with higher rep deadlifts breaking through plateaus.

iDK how the hell I got to 600 with only deadlifting 4-5x in the last 6 months. I guess my weak points were just THAT weak.
 
I believe for most people deadlift has the longest de training/decay curve of any of the lifts. Some of these guys hit their last heavy deadlift 3-4 weeks out from comp, especially conventional guys.
That definitely makes sense...I heard Dave talking about that in a podcast, where he’d peak for DL over 3 weeks out. But I guess if I’m still doing DE work with the movement, it’s still training it.
 
Might have to make this Christmas vacation thing a tradition. Kinda nice to skip all the usual holiday BS and just have fun all week in warm weather. Anyway, got home last night and did some fasted cardio this morning.
The wife and I used to do Mexico every Christmas until the downturn in the economy. Was great no stress, no BS, just fun...After this year we will be doing everything we can to make sure we can start doing the trip again.

How cold does it get in the winter where you are? I imagine it must be worse than here in the Midwest. I'd like to go further south next time. It was nice where we were, but not really warm.

Close grip slingshot bench 275x10, 295x10, 275x10

Belt squats holding a 15kg kettlebell 210lbs for 5x10

Dumbbell pull overs 60x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10

Cable chest flyes 50lbs per side for 5x10

How did your tris feel with the CG slingshot? Does it work them well? I wanna try that.
 
Did part of my shoulders and arms hypertrophy day today plus light farmers walks. Feeling sick with this sinus thing again today. Felt like I was gonna puke at the gym and ended up skipping some stuff.

Bloods came back not looking as good as I'd hoped, so for now next blast is on hold. Been cruising on 250mg of test and 4iu of HGH. Gonna drop the test to 150mg. Gonna pick up some cholesterol supplements. Been taking cholestoff already.

Cholesterol worse than last time I checked. I did run nandrolone pretty high a couple months ago and ran Anavar the last seven weeks, so I guess that's a likely culprit. I don't know how much the low carb diet I was doing affects it, I've heard both ways about that.

Hematocrit and RBC not much out of range, but gonna take a pint when I get home this afternoon.

The estrogen is the biggest shocker. I've never been anywhere near that high before. Not having any symptoms. Guess I'll take some adex.

On the bright side my Mauve Tops are good. Guess I'll post that in the testing section.
