Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

This week will be my last week of dieting for now. Planning on a few weeks of increased calories and then running some var. Will pick this log back up then. Just not doing anything interesting right now worth mentioning. Unsure on programming yet. May give Average to Savage 2.0 another shot.

Weighed 212lbs yesterday morning. Upped my cruise to 200mg a week a couple months ago, may or may not drop back to 150mg soon.

Physique wise didn't really get where I wanted to be. Besides the 20mg a day of var a few times here and there I haven't went over 150-200mg a week of test since last April. I think I've just lost some mass due to that. That and just putting less effort in overall. Hurting my hip again at that meet last year has been very demotivating for me. This has been by far my biggest setback with training.

Although I've still been training consistently it has just felt like going through the motions since after that last meet. Hoping to find my motivation again soon running some var and putting up some decent numbers again.

On the bright side of things been having a blast driving the Z06 the last few weeks. Weather didn't permit driving today unfortunately. Was wanting to try out the launch control as I haven't messed with it yet.
 
Yea if it enlarges your prostate (which it is known to do) but it’s not known for showing a false value.
My doctor is ordering blood work, PSA included, do my you think the values will be weird on 400mg a week? I'm running the mast e so it won't clear by time I take the test.
