Congrats and finally making better money now and becoming more financially secure?
I'm on my way. Perhaps in a year or two I'll be able to get school paid off and my place fixed up to rent out and some other things taken care of.

That’s great and hopefully more time to train eventually.I'm on my way. Perhaps in a year or two I'll be able to get school paid off and my place fixed up to rent out and some other things taken care of.
Training looks really solid Perrin.
I've resorted to reverse grip, false grip OHP's as they feel the best to my shoulders. 175 is plenty heavy enough on these for me.
Tried false on bench didn't feel right also fear of eminent death will probably keep me from doing again...hell I don't even like scary moviesFalse grip feels way natural to me, too. Probably would on bench, but the fear of dropping it keeps me from trying.
I'm gonna PM this 610x1 deadlift video to you, it was seriously insane. Was close to lockout and just lost it, dropped the bar a good six inches back below my knees and somehow just dug deep and recovered it and locked it out. Would've been red lights at a meet for sure, but a good gym lift and first PR since 2016.
Suicide grip is suicide in itself when going real heavy even.Tried false on bench didn't feel right also fear of eminent death will probably keep me from doing again...hell I don't even like scary movies![]()

One of the most awesome lifts I have ever seen either in person or on video.
Just as he described it was close to lockout on an all out max. Couldn't get it and it dropped to just below his knees. Somehow regrouped and pulled it from a dead stop to lockout.
Unreal determination. Great stuff!!
You won't drop it. I'm guessing but I would say I've done over 10,000 reps using a false grip to bench as it feels natural and allows me to bench without shoulder or elbow pain.
I've hit over 400 in competition at 194 and close to 400 at 181 in competition so fairly heavy.
I work out at home alone and bench in a rack with the pins set so that if I lose it I won't get crushed.
Only had it happen once and that was when I had partially torn a pec and was trying to work around it with a narrower grip. Was focused more on how the rep felt than my form and I lost it forward about midway up. Lost a good bar because of it but the pins being set correctly saved me from injury.
I have the bar directly in the middle of the palm pad just below the thumb. If you try it like that it will feel very solid. From that position if you do ever lose it, it will be forward towards your ribs instead of backwards towards your neck and face.
That sucks man. There’s no pain like a fucked up tooth!

How you regrouped that, I'm still quite unsure of
Don't tell anyone... But I think he's on "something".
I would like to second this. One of the most insane lifts I have ever seen. How you regrouped that, I'm still quite unsure of

I really think it's time I get on the creatine, myself

*Looks around to make sure no one's listening*
I picked up some Flintstones vitamins and some of those lunchables with the extra protein... I'm about to take this shit to the next level.
The real question here is the gummies or the capsules?
Can't go wrong with the gummies IMO.Pfft, capsules... That sounds like generic crap. Gummies are the real deal.
