My tooth is bothering me again and just wanted to get in and out. Was really fatigued the last couple days, so I'm guessing it's infected again. Was feeling my heartbeat in my jaw after every set.
Just had my 1st root canal. 12 hours of retarded pain leading up to the work. Exponentially worse than the bicep rupture, just a waaaay shorter duration haha

Volunteered to work tomorrow, so might skip my accessory day depending on how late a day it turns into.

545x5 is pretty good..... Even if it is sumo. Haha. Jk
 
Whatever helps you pull more. If I could hit 600+ sumo, I would be doing it. Ha. I just had a partial tear in my lower back a few days ago, only 4 weeks out from my meet. So I'm not deadlifting shit right now. Ha. Still want to give 600 a whirl at the meet though.

Same kind of thing happened like six or eight weeks out of my last meet. Barely got to deadlift for my meet prep.

I think the potential for 700+ sumo is there, just gotta figure out how to unlock it.
