What I don't understand is how he can smoke while cutting...

@jaymaximus does the word munchies mean nothing to you? I keep thinking you just have some good strains that don't make you hungry... I can never avoid it, I eat like I'm about to go on show naked and afraid when I smoke. I've had to put it away for weeks.

It has been trouble. My issue was smoking before bed and eating handfuls of cashews everytime I got up to pee, which is a lot

I know those feels... I thought I had the munchies beat, I'd just go to sleep right after smoking and beat them to the punch.

Then I'd wake up to pee a few hours later in a haze... Next thing I knew I was waking up with empty ice cream cartons and peanut butter jars in my bed.

(That was mostly an exaggeration... Mostly.)

Sober me still wakes up in the middle of the night to eat cereal, waffles and ice cream, peanut butter and jelly, etc. there are days where I eat more calories at 2:30am then I do all day :(

Man, back when I was chasing some numbers I would routinely wake up at 2am and feast.

Next time I do it, I'm going to take my bowl of cereal and sit next to the window and look out at the moon and stars... And wonder if Docd is somewhere out there doing the same thing.

Smoking weed absolutely kills my appetite. If I was a smoker I'd probably weigh like 175lbs. I think it's the intense paranoia and dread I feel when I smoke.

Speed bench with bands 225lbs for 15x3 superset with 10 face pulls each set

Beltless box squats with 54lbs in chains at the top and bands pulling forward with 5 count pause on box (long name, lol) 320x3, 320x3, 350x3, 350x3, 350x3

First time trying these. Keeps the hips from coming up early or it'll pull you forward.

Strict press 145lbs for 3x10 with prehab stuff between sets

Chin ups 15, 15, 10

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

Reverse band kneeling overhead press 205lbs for 5x3

Low handle trap bar deadlift 515x8
wasn't really watching my breathing felt a little pull on the left side of the middle of my back. Kinda feels like the displaced rib did last year. Crazy it stink seems like I only get hurt when I'm going light.

Doing 3x10 chin ups and going home hoping this isn't worse tomorrow. My chiropractor died and I'll have to find a new one if so.
 
Yes, be three years this September. Currently running 200mg a week of test cyp. Started once a week pinning for the first time in my life this month. So far it seems about the same. I'll send you the 610x1 deadlift video, too.

That's exactly where I'm at. High metabolism plus physically demanding job equals lots of food. I just had two pieces of tilapia with three baked potatoes and green beans for supper and call that a cutting meal, lol.
I started pinning once a week for trt too. I didn’t notice a difference.
