Frank, notwithstanding that you are engaged in an illicit drug business, in my humble opinion you completely fail to understand that any half-way intelligent business person realizes that an owner or representative of any business must treat his/her customers with respect, regardless of whether the customer is right or wrong. This ensures that the complaining customer(s), as well as other present customers and potential future customers, return and/or continue to do business with you and/or Pharmacom so as to ensure to maximize your and Pharmacom's profit. Instead, regardless of what others have said to you, you let your emotions get the better of you and publicly lashed out at certain people which surely has and will continue to harm your and/or Pharmacom's business reputation and profit margins. This is simply not smart business practices as no business wants to lose customers, not even one. You could have simply said that you respectfully disagreed with your complaining customer(s) position(s) but that you would take care of them and make them a happy customer - this would have been a far cheaper and a less costly option for you and/or Pharmacom and would have very much benefited you and/or Pharmacom in the long run. Perhaps you can and should learn a thing or two as to how Darius politely and professionally responded this issue.

Get a clue...For the most part on here members flame out type all kinds of stuff and then we have these posts about respect? Explain how you demand respect from ugl's when most sell fake gear period...

Regardless of the customer is right or not...
Bro I help to all my customers per email. And believe me now one from them ever saw not polite behavior. How can you imagine the situation where people saying they take our gear and it is bunk but they can not provide any prove, just words. Ok, let`s imagine i say as you told. And what next?
These are still nothing meaning words. How shall I make these customers happy? Explain me please how do you imagine this. Shall i give free gear to anyone who is claiming our gear is bunk? Do you know how many members saying this I have in russian forums? And asking to replace. And we always ask provide something. Blood works, something. Most of them don`t and never appear again. Some of them do... and are very surprised, how is it, i do not feel it, but my test is 7x is higher as a norm... even apologies.
How shall I do this tell me please? What you said is not a solution of a problem, these are just words. I asked people politely to provide anything. If this is say 150 mg tren daily they for sure will increase prolactine and estro, reduce lh and fsh. if we have tren there, ih happens, 19-nor shut down the HPTA immediately, after one 100 mg injection virtually. If we don`t have tren there or very low, we would see lh and fsh still on some higher levels. iF our anavar is anavar, it shut downs HPTA very slowly, I personally had my lh and fsh still at the lower limit of a reference after 5 weeks on it. also lipid profile is influenced not so adversley. but if this is stan, lipids will be shitty, fsh and lh will lower much faster. there are some not direct signs some judgments can be made from. I see nothing.
Sorry, how we can solve this situation? Polite phrases are not a way out. Tests done, this is the only way out. And with the difficult situation in the USA even with the labs, this is yet more difficult. I will benefit absolutely nothing if everyone who wants will call our gear bunk without any evidences provided or which is worse based only on others opinion. I am waiting results from Simac now. If they show we have bullshit, I apologies before everyone. Until that moment I just wait.

How do we do this ? Do i have to pay the lab test first and get the money from you ? I really dont like that idea, i lost every trust in you and your company.

If i just have to send your bunk tren to the lab than i can do this anytime. Also can send them your bunk dbol and still have some bunk test e from you.
i have never scammed you, i do not see reasons you not to believe me. If i promised, i will do it. I will find out how it works with this lab, i have never worked with it personally. I need some time.
