The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

my personal view only nothing else

i had test flu from pharmacoms phenylprop test. it wasnt dirty or something ( as i first thought) cause i tried it for one week on my brother and he was fine and felt great, actually he is using it right now. their primo: did blood test after a month with primo only and no prolactin raise, no e2 raise, no progesterone raise, just TotalT on the low side(waited for this one without some test). what this means? that primo at least is not faked with testo/deca/boldenone etc. brother used pharmacoms winstrol for a month. no problem from same vial at other bodyparts except his right gluteal muscle that gave him a golf ball lump from winny. but he is already doing oil based injections in same site. if winny was dirty any other bodypart should have lumps/adenomas everywhere. Now after a month this golf ball size lump is no longer exist. it went away by it own. Our personal response to this and from our doctor who saw it was that this particular injection hit the exact spot from last weeks injection and created a fistula ( if im saying it right )Winstrol is very tough and you need to cycle injection sites eod. never the same bodypart. You must inject quads/glutes/shoulders at least.
i believe so far that pharmacoms gear is very very good and clean.
