Basicstero Warehouses Changes are Live
The Names/Labels for the different Warehouses and their respective Locations have been updated on the source's site.

Starting on Monday (13 February 2023) there were changes to the Basicstero warehouses; the new warehouses structure and names are listed below:
W1: warehouse-1 is the International Warehouse.
W2: warehouse-2 is the US Domestic Warehouse.
W3: warehouse-3 is the European Warehouse.


Please keep this in mind to avoid confusion when placing any new orders.
Also, please be sure to follow the "NEWS" section on the Basicstero site (link in the "code" box below) for News and other important announcements.

This is not true at all, this hasn't been resolved at all. Been getting the run around, would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me and resolve this as soon as possible. Been trying to get help for 2 and half months. I also couldn't post here directly before or PM someone here. Been using your contact us to reach out. Please reach out when you can to resolve this, the gear is great but the service... hope we can resolve this so I can provide new feedback on how it went.

Is it worth sharing my full story with the video evidence the support replies and how it all turned out with the community? Because I did receive some stuff but not what I paid for and am getting screwed in the end now. Would be pretty lengthy post but would provide a lot of insite into the issues and potential headache others might run into if they go with them. I have everything documented.

While I don't have access or authority to see private customer info such as orders (I can only see what any other customer can see) nor issue any products/shipments etc., I can try to help by also writing to the source on your behalf and try to bring more attention to your inquiry.

Please PM me your order number and email you used to contact the source's customer service ("Contact Us" page on the source's site); then, I will write to my contact at the source to ask him to help resolve the issue.

For your safety/privacy, never post any of your private info in a public post (such as real name, address, exact dates, exact locations, tracking etc).

Also, please understand that I cannot address any issue directly -- I too must write to a contact at the source and try to get in communication with the manager; therefore, please be patient with me -- I'm also waiting for a couple replies to other things myself.

I wholeheartedly agree and feel compelled to echo this statement.

The prices, the perpetual issues, the copy and paste responses to customers from rep and source...why people continue to use pharmacom is a mystery when there are SO many better options available, no matter where you are on Earth.

I'm sure it has a bit to do with past reputation, yet that's a keyword here: past.

Of course if there are those who, today, are having great experiences with pharmacom then that is fantastic. I'd be happy to eat crow as long as there are myriad positives. Just show us.

Agreed, terrible support. Can't get my international products. It was my first AAS order.

Yes I would greatly appreciate it if you can resolve this already. Been over 2 months to get this resolved? Why would it take so long you guys shipped my order within a day but now to reship your mistake is taking over 2 months doesn't make sense to me.

I ordered just like the below member said past reputation always got good gear and service. Now I am shocked at the headache I have now. I followed and provided everything you guys asked and every time I get a one sentence answer management is looking into it now. What kind of customer service is this? I spent decent money over a grand and this is how I get responses for my business. You guys made a mistake, I showed it clearly in the videos I provided to you. So what is the issue in taking the missing products and simply reshipping it to me since you screwed up and didn't send them to me? Don't understand what management needs to look into further?

I'd be willing to provide update review of my experience if you guys can actually resolve this and provide some decent customer service.

Otherwise no one should order from them and don't get tempted by the promo most likely they won't send you it.

Eagerly awaiting your resolution on this.

I originally pmed you because you started the thread, so then you also deal with customer service. Appreciate the help hopefully this can be resolved. What is the point in offering promo and then not getting half of your order and then almost all promo items missing on top of that. How is that my fault you didn't pack it in the package. It didn't get seized they just didn't send it to me so I paid for air basically. Frustrated because never had issue with this brand before.

Thank you I pmed my response. This would be greatly appreciated.

To my community members in my book everyone makes mistakes but if the company provides good products and then service to where they will fix there mistake and take care of the customer then I see no reason to leave a bad review. Yeah it caused me a headache but the products are great so if they resolve the missing items then they would be good in my book.

I will keep everyone posted here as soon as I see an update of the order going out and when I receive the items. To let you guys know if they actually resolved it.

I did not go with stealth shipping because I like to make sure I can check all the product codes, etc. So far the order process took about a month. This is due to me ordering right before the Chinese new year so my order wasn't shipped out till Feb 1st or 2nd.

Some things to note:
The tracking number they provided never worked. I kept checking it and it would just say label created but not in system. Then all of a sudden my package was arrived out of no where. So I am assuming I was given an incorrect tracking number which I am assuming was an error.

All of my items are in the order. Everything looks good and very well professionally packed so I'm excited to use everything. I also tossed in their Cialis with my order (20mg TADOS) and I used it last night and it's legit so that's good.

I used Pharmacom Labs way back in the day (5-6 years ago) and everything seems to be same quality it was then.

I hope the people that ordered are going to be taken care of and get everything sorted out. Make us much noise as you can because that's bullshit.

When you pick stealth shipping you still receive all of the original packaging but separate without any products. The rest of the products come "Stealth" but only you can tell what they are. Then from the labels you got you can match them up and verify.

My problem was they did stealth but then forgot to put half the products in the other two packages. I got all my packages but I didn't get everything I paid for. Looks like they will resolve it for me so I will update everyone.
