When you pick stealth shipping you still receive all of the original packaging but separate without any products. The rest of the products come "Stealth" but only you can tell what they are. Then from the labels you got you can match them up and verify.

My problem was they did stealth but then forgot to put half the products in the other two packages. I got all my packages but I didn't get everything I paid for. Looks like they will resolve it for me so I will update everyone.
Gotcha, ok. Yeah I have never gone with stealth shipping so I do not know how it works. That's NOT ok otherwise but I'm glad they are reshipping. Looking forward to reading more updates on it.

Important Reminder: Basicstero Warehouses Changes
The Names/Labels for the different Warehouses and their respective Locations have been updated on the source's site.

Starting on Monday (13 February 2023) there were changes to the Basicstero warehouses; the new warehouses structure and names are listed below:

W1: warehouse-1 is the International Warehouse.
W2: warehouse-2 is the US Domestic Warehouse.
W3: warehouse-3 is the European Warehouse.

Thank you so much for also jumping in and trying to resolve the issue. Yes PHL was the one I pmed and then he also wrote on the forums here. He has taken care of helping me and has made a very quick turn around on a resolution for me as soon as he stepped in to help. So I am happy now that I am receiving good customer service to resolve the issue.

Pharmacom will be reshipping my order and I see the update on my profile, it is pending to be shipped again. So I am waiting until it ships and I receive a new tracking number and I will update everyone here. Also once I receive it I will provide an update that the problem was resolved and everything was made right.

I want to make sure the community knows that mistakes happen but if you guys resolve it for me and provide good service then I will reorder again and suggest others order. Mistakes happen but you provide quality product and if you provide a resolution and make it right then everything is good in my book.


I will keep everyone posted on the resolution and I thank you again also for jumping in and seeing if you can provide help where you can.


You guys know if you provided customer service on your site like you do on the forums then you guys would be bullet proof as an amazing source with good product. My biggest suggestion is to resolve your customer issues when using the "Contact Us' page.

I wholeheartedly agree and feel compelled to echo this statement.

The prices, the perpetual issues, the copy and paste responses to customers from rep and source...why people continue to use pharmacom is a mystery when there are SO many better options available, no matter where you are on Earth.

I'm sure it has a bit to do with past reputation, yet that's a keyword here: past.

Of course if there are those who, today, are having great experiences with pharmacom then that is fantastic. I'd be happy to eat crow as long as there are myriad positives. Just show us.
Hi, you are right, sometimes there are problems and orders do not reach customers, it also happens that it takes longer than we would like to solve the issue of re-shipment, but we always help to understand the situation and solve the problem. Our products are used by many people around the world and they are satisfied with the quality of the goods, that's why our store has been working for so many years.
 
Looking at a lot of mixed reviews here and it's very discouraging to read. However, I just got my full order a couple days ago and everything was there and packaged very well. I did not go with stealth shipping because I like to make sure I can check all the product codes, etc. So far the order process took about a month. This is due to me ordering right before the Chinese new year so my order wasn't shipped out till Feb 1st or 2nd.

Some things to note:
The tracking number they provided never worked. I kept checking it and it would just say label created but not in system. Then all of a sudden my package was arrived out of no where. So I am assuming I was given an incorrect tracking number which I am assuming was an error.

All of my items are in the order. Everything looks good and very well professionally packed so I'm excited to use everything. I also tossed in their Cialis with my order (20mg TADOS) and I used it last night and it's legit so that's good.

I used Pharmacom Labs way back in the day (5-6 years ago) and everything seems to be same quality it was then.

I hope the people that ordered are going to be taken care of and get everything sorted out. Make us much noise as you can because that's bullshit.

Just wanted to share my good experience at least.
Hi, I'm glad you got your order, thanks so much for writing about it. About the track, it is quite possible that it was just a mistake, because the tracks are added manually, if the number is not tracked, you just need to write to the store support and ask them to check the information of your order.

I have messaged plenty of times and sent messages to contact us. It's been over a year and I have given up on y'all.


At this point I dont want to even deal with your services. Nor would I reccomend it to anyone. Both packages to different names got intercepted. To this day I have had over 50+ international packages.

Guess which 2 got intercepted and had my name flagged by customs?

I’ve gotten my orders no problem from them. I’ve used them back in the day and always got all my stuff. Just used them again 6 years later and still getting my stuff. What’s your deal? Sounds like you’re trying to just get others to use different sources on this site. Some support representatives may not be as technical and aware of the multi quote ability. One of the other customer support person is aware and uses it. If you’re doing your homework any logical person will just scroll up and read through the thread. There is also tons of info outside of this site about PHL. Just enjoy the gear you use and we’ll enjoy ours.

That member just said his order is being reshipped. While it’s horrible it took him this long to get it sorted out and it defiantly isn’t ok, they seem to take care of things. I wish they had MUCH better responses for people who contact them with customer service problems. I don’t see the issue with me being honest and stating I’ve received my order and haven’t had a problem, but ok? Lol.

Just scroll back through the thread and you will find such examples -- I see posts where they are very kind and offer to help beyond just saying use the "Contact Us" on the site.

There were some technical issues and not all "Contact Us" messages were received (the source recommends to simply try again).

But I remember seeing your name and posts in the past and it looked like you had communication with the source.

I assumed you did have replies from the source because I thought you had mentioned that your pack was reshipped (there is no way to have a reship without communication with the source).

Therefore, there is a chance I may not have offered to help write to the manager to bring more attention to your need because I thought you were already getting help from someone else.

Lets clear up another thing, I am a free man before I am anything else -- interests, hobbies, work etc. do not define who I am nor are they fundamental life requirements (my life goes on either way with or without); they are things I may choose to do at a temporary moment in my life -- and I may choose to do, or not do, whatever I want (just as you and everyone else).
No one owns me nor I'm I required to spend my time here online -- I don't owe anyone anything and I can simply walk away at any point I choose.
