Just scroll back through the thread and you will find such examples -- I see posts where they are very kind and offer to help beyond just saying use the "Contact Us" on the site.
@SkankHunt I work hard to try to help everyone in any way that I'm able -- why do you say false things about me?
I bust my ass for hours to try to help everyone because I care and want to help guys get their issue resolved (I'm not required to do so much detail etc.; I could just do what you accuse and move on).
I have always been respectful towards you.
I have no personal problems with you or conflicts (I'm happy to help you anytime and have always enjoyed your positive contributions to the board).
But it is easy to see your accusation about me is not accurate so I want to make that clear..
For example, look at my replies to this most recent customer that needed help (quotes below) -- I asked for his order number and email, offer to help multipel times, and give advice/info.
Also, you have no idea what my PM inbox looks like -- but here is a hint; my PMs are full of me helping people.
Does this look like your claim that all I do is say "please do not worry and use the contact us link on the website” is accurate?
Ask some of the many guys I have helped if all I do is tell customers to “please do not worry and use the contact us link on the website” like you accuse -- or do I take hours to individually care about each customer and do all I can to help them.
Most of my time is spent in PMs and I am tempted to list a bunch of names so you may ask them, but I will omit that part because it would not be respectful for me to expose these guys private interactions or bring them into this situation (they choose private messages for a reason so I should respect their privacy).
Nonetheless, it shouldn't be hard for you to find guys saying "thank you" to me for my effort to help them.
@Cridi887 It is correct that the "Contact Us" is the way to contact the source directly so you did the right thing to communicate with the source.
There were some technical issues and not all "Contact Us" messages were received (the source recommends to simply try again).
But I remember seeing your name and posts in the past and it looked like you had communication with the source.
I assumed you did have replies from the source because I thought you had mentioned that your pack was reshipped (there is no way to have a reship without communication with the source).
Therefore, there is a chance I may not have offered to help write to the manager to bring more attention to your need because I thought you were already getting help from someone else.
My apology if you needed more help.
