Had a pack touch down that went thru Chicago customs today. Stealth was pretty dope and I didn’t even choose discreet. Props to PCOM.

3 week T/A and my other pack was delayed but it looks like it made it outta customs as well.

Can i get some assistance on my package whereabouts please. Ive placed almost 10 orders with basic/pharmacom and ive never had an issue but it seems like of course the one time its time sensitive im getting screwed. Ordered a package 3/21 international (every interntional order ive ever placed i recieved in 12-14 days) this package is still saying its in hong kong after 2 weeks? I know there had been issues with tracking numbers but its saying that even on my profile website orders

Pack sat in Hong Kong (so it said) for days as well Bro. That tracking isnt very accurate. I got my pk in 17 days.

Since people don't seem to be able to look back and read the thread -- here are TDs from just the last couple pages. I quote them so others worried about shipping and tracking can see it clearly.

Once the pack is handed over to the postal service it is no longer in the control of the source. Just like when you send something in the mail -- you mail it and its out of your hands with no way for you to force it to go faster or get any more details than the tracking number provides. Wait for your pack or a letter from customs -- those are the two results that can come and no one can force any other outcome.

But the many pages here and thousands of customers across multiple boards should be enough to show you that your packs are, without a doubt, sent. After that, the only info anyone (including Pharmacom or you) can get is from the tracking number.

This is the same for every source and part of the lifestyle that new comers need to get used to and be patient -- some very reputable domestic UGL sources I know and have personally used would decline your business if you do not understand these things.

No offense to you... but as a rep I think you have a shifty fucking attitude.
What you need to wake up to is the reality of the situation. Since December tracking issues have come up. Yes it might be out of your control.
Has Basic had no issues? The answer is no. If you look back the rep acknowledged that tracking information broke on the site and was causing issues where tracking numbers wouldn't send to the customer. Then it was released that the tracking numbers populated onto the order page against your order. This issue arose around Dec 17th. When several members weren't getting tracking information. Previous to this issue everything was fine. After this issue it's been reported that tracking isn't being updated.

Yes it might be out of your control. But you have a shifty attitude coming on here saying some reputable sources I know would decline your business.
Well go get fucked is what I'm gonna tell you.

Learn what being a rep is.. Don't come on here giving some preaching about don't order if you do not understand these things.

Basic and Pharmacom were doing fine here without you and if you hold this attitude you should be fired.

Come on here and say I know there have been issues, please be patient customs has been shifty... anything but your shifty attitude as a rep.

Basicstero is not like that and has worked hard in terms of customer service and as you can see there are a lot of TDs. Yet, even with tracking numbers that are working (guys post that they track their pack and ask why it is at a location for xxx amount of time) you can see new questions about "Where is my pack" almost everyday.

Where did I ever say that? please quote me where I said anything about not ordering? You missed my point completely and you are making up things I never said. Maybe that is why you got upset -- you are mad at something that did not happen.

Actually, I contrasted the difference in how helpful and patient basicstero has been ( and you confirmed from you experience) vs how some very good and reputable sources would handle such things (to be clear, they are excellent sources).

But the statement is still true and can easily be verified.
Veterans on the board likely know the exact sources that would decline the business (it is posted in their source threads on other boards).
Veterans here know me and know I am a decent guy that always tries to help everyone. My post here is no different you just take it negatively for some reasons.

My post was not negative --
instead it is there to help newer customers understand how things work and see that there were many TDs just a page or two after all the worries.

Anyway, no hard feelings on my end regarding you snapping on me for no reasons because it seems you simply misunderstood my post or thought something was said that was not.

If you are going to be a rep of PCOM you can read that how you come off Negatively.
Being a rep sometimes means holding your tongue and bearing with the new customers that know nothing about ordering international. I remember my first order with PCOM, I was soo fucking excited I tracked the shit outa that package. Do you forget the excitement that comes with being new into the game?

I take it that way because I love Pharmacom, but to see a statement come out like that about a company that has treated me over and above saddens me.
And it's only with love I don't want to see you act this way.

Why not approach the situation just saying everything but that. Was that comment really necessary. TD's are solid, the tracking has issues, there is no need for that statement at all. If you want to summarize posts and put customers to content be nice.
It can only be interpreted negatively from your post as it is not required to make a point.

You could say for those of you who are new, I know tracking is frustrating and how excited you are to get your packs. Here are some tips for ordering International. Instead you are approaching the wide audience as every Veteran knows this. But these posts aren't coming from Veterans because they know that.

I came to PCOM not knowing anything at all, except getting stuff from a gym guy. It takes time to learn these things. And in 3 years of ordering international nothing stays the same.

But that's my exact point Pharmacom isn't like that, so things like that don't need to be said and when they are said it's indirectly linked to them as its in their thread.

And personally if a source acted that way to me, I wouldn't want to deal with them. Sources I've used have always been awesome to me.

I just think, it would be more helpful to just understand these are new customers. People that don't know. Patient and repeating things is the key.
I know as a rep it's not fun, saying the same thing about tracking over and over but that's what reps do. They just say, please take confidence packs are landing, your order will come, trust the process.

If you look back, that's all PCOM thread really is... people asking about tracking. I can tell you, things aren't working like they did before Dec for whatever reason that is.

Just me, If I read that post in a PCOM thread, and a rep said it... I would think attitude when that's not even close to how they have treated me.

Its cool man, you be passionate and have every right to your ideas.

But at the same time, I am also my own man. I am going to be myself and believe it is important that new people know whats up including the info about some other soruces. In the long run I believe I am being more helpful than just making generic customer service BS answers.
I am teaching the truth of how this all works -- If someone is mature enough for AAS then they don't need hand-holding because they should have spent a lot of time already doing research and learning about the sources, the community, and the process as a whole.

Hopefully over time the community and Pharmacom appreciates that about me -- but regardless I am staying true to myself and posting how I always have.

I am more interested in stating how thing really are than being comforting and simply reassuring people.
It would be very easy to just copy and paste little reassuring phrases -- but that is not me.

I hope you will respect that about me -- I rather be real and true to myself than be comforting or market.

I think it’s mostly that there’s tons of hysteria online about customs that gets people who ordered first time from PCOM (myself and others I’ve seen) all worked up if their pack doesn’t land in the 14 days given as an estimate of T/A. But that’s just the reality for international. They don’t call it the “slow boat from China” for nothing. Plane in the situation I guess.

I’m sorry if I played into that hysteria with the thread I posted about customs, I def was not “ whining”, neither was my intention. I just wanted to see if people could confirm success through shitty ISC locations, and as you can see from mine and others confirmed TD’s it’s very possible and PCOM uses stealth. However if the wait and uncertainty is gonna bother you don’t order international from any source.

I think he is talking about me since I was open and honest about taking on projects from pharmacom (for example, I recently helped with improving some written/print materials).

Regardless of projects or work or anything, I am always going to call it how it is and just be myself -- I really was trying to be helpful towards new people that freak out if the pack is not moving each day (they are new right? someone needs to let them know how it works so they can relax). Also, people ask things that are addressed literally a page earlier -- not much research going on there (even if I like the source, it is important people do their own research -- again, I was trying to be helpful with advice I believe in personally).

Anyway, I am cool with everyone and did not mean to offend.
