Placed an order march 21st and was given tracking saying it's shipped out. Needless to say after constant messaging reps my package is only now saying processing to send April 8th a whopping 3 weeks later. I wasn't hoping to get screwed out of my contest prep or anything but thanks for that basic

You're ordering your contest prep cycle HOW FAR in advance? And international? And complaining that it's taken less than a month? Failure to plan is planning to fail. It's international! Order your gear well in advance or order through a domestic source. You're purchasing what in most territories is classified as a controlled substance. It's not Amazon Fuckin Prime.
How soon after ordering did you get on their ass? I hope it was over 2 weeks. Maybe if you didn't need to have your hand held through the whole process and reassured every day that your precious package is on its way the source may have time to actually fill orders instead of play babysitter.

I placed my order this time with a 35 day leeway for them to get my shit in time double the longest order I have ever taken to recover from them. I did plan ahead I bought more than enough winstrol for my contest prep since I wanted to run 50mg daily the last 5 weeks. Until I saw anabolic labs post here recently on pharmacoms winstrol was underdosed and I needed to take 6 pills daily to get 48mg instead of 5 to get 50mg like I intended thus having to order more and my OCD told me just be consistent and just buy some more of the same lab and continue taking the 6 pills daily instead of getting another source. AND all of my other competition drugs I ordered from them on Dec 4th and received right before Christmas so surely that was planning 2-3 months in advance?

But let's continue to give pharmacom the benefit of the doubt while you guys continue to get taken advantage of ️

I would take 6 and a quarter pills daily if you have OCD

I'm not defending the source. I'm talking about you only planning barely over a month in advance. Packs get lost in the mail. Seizures happen. Postal workers see what's inside and steal your gear. Always plan several months ahead. I wish you well in your contest.

Dude my Basic Domestic codes come up fake on three bottles of tren.(very recent).Are yours coming back legit? If it was a reseller id be losing my shit but since its directly from them im not sweating it. I handled it myself ,ordered it personally so no second hand bullshit , My codes have always come back on point . Id appreciate it man thanks.

I was tagged to see if I could help.

I do not have any special access to the site, personal info, orders, or tracking etc; I can only see what any customers can see.

My project was improving some print materials -- I was sent files and worked on them -- I only was given what I needed to complete my project.

But it should be easy to determine what happened -- we just need a tracking number.
Either it was seized, or lost in the mail -- not too many possibilities but tracking is the key to a resolution.

I explained I am very limited in terms of what I able to help with but I can try to help draw attention to the issue by emailing directly (I can only see what any other customer can see -- no special privileges in terms of customer or order info -- I have a normal customer login and account).

The customer confirms he did get contacted by Frank.

At this point it appears the customer is past liaisons such as Pharmacom-Helper and is now in direct contact with Basicstero (Frank).

From my own personal experience, while it may take some time,
I am confident Basicstero will make it right if the customer replied and provided the information he was asked.

@brilliance06 be sure to reply to the PM from Basicstero with the info -- don't give up on the issue -- he will make it right for you.
If after giving it some time you do not hear back then feel free to PM me and I will email again to help get this resolved.

I remember a couple years ago there being posted about a font being hard to read and some letters/numbers were being confused as others.
Forgive me as it was a long time ago so I do not remember the exact letter or number that was confused for another.

However, if you ordered from Basicstero you should be good to go.
Feel free to copy/paste me the specific URL address of the site you ordered from and I will confirm if it was the real Basicstero site.
