Another great td. One large order shipped in two shipments. Everything was intact. Nothing broken. Turn around was decent can’t complain. 8 months and I still do not have my package.

I've been lied to for months over PM's that my package will be shipped or was shipped. No seizure letters. Just an empty mailbox.

I order 500 items from China for a business, shipped via sea and it arrived in 3 weeks. Business is terrible and the helper is a flat out liar.

Gave a new address at the beginning of February and no follow up.

Middle of February, I was promised a follow up with a tracking number. Nothing.

Always 2 or more sides to a story but...would be nice to have this resolved.

Could it be possible that it was seized with no letter sent...yes...could it be a reverse scam...yep...could it be selective scamming...yep...

I'm placing my second order very soon...due to recent experience...I have faith in them.

This is true, I hope to hear basicstero's side of this but they still haven't responded. I'm glad you have "faith" in your source you have received one order from. I hope everything works out for you.

Not taking sides...I truly want bros to be priority and not prey.

Yes ive placed one order...but this aint my first rodeo...put about as much faith in it as im willing to get screwed for...but whats wrong with putting a positive vibe out after having successful business.

I hope everything works out for you...but not with sarcastic undertones.

I would assume it's one of those bad luck situations where Basic is having issues and he just gets the shit end of the stick.

I'm pretty sure they will make it right...

Agreed...I think its one of those that fell through the cracks somehow. Not to shill or dick ride but that just sounds logical.

I do not have any special access to the site, personal info, orders, or tracking etc; I can only see what any customers can see.
My project was improving some print materials -- I was sent files and worked on them -- I only was given what I needed to complete my project.

But it should be easy to determine what happened -- we just need a tracking number.
Either it was seized, or lost in the mail -- not too many possibilities but tracking is the key to a resolution.

Needless to say after constant messaging reps my package is only now saying processing to send April 8th a whopping 3 weeks later. yes, I guess Pharamcom Store is having a 100% success rate so I’ll try them next time. I haven’t even notified Bacsteros yet with the letter and new address for reship. Don’t know if it’s even worth it. I placeed a order on there domestic site which came quick no problem and picked discreet shipping on there international website for that order but customs snagged it.
