Pharmacom TestE 500 - 12wks

Day 28:

4 weeks done. Going by too fast but hopefully the progress only picks up from here. I'm happy with everything so far. Gained 10lbs of water weight the first 2 weeks. Went from 182lbs to 194lbs. Now the subcutaneous water seems to be diminishing as well as the sensitive nips and acne with the addition of Exemestane. I'm still holding onto the weight at 194lbs and I'm also up 1% bf with the calipers which is pretty impressive to me after a 10lb gain. I am attaching pictures from this morning and will update my mid-bloods in 1.5 weeks.

I had my rep test yesterday after the first 4 weeks of the PH3 trainer. The exercises were 1 set each with a 5 rep target of 85% of my 1RM from the beginning of the program.

To refresh on those 1RM:
Bench: 195 lbs
Squat: 280 lbs
Deadlift: 275 lbs

Yesterday's lifts (5 rep target at 85% of 1RM):
Bench: 165 lbs x 10 reps
Squat: 240 lbs x 8 reps
Deadlift: 235 lbs x 10 reps

I'll be excited to see what my 1RM is in Week 13.

Our build, weight is very similiar. Looking good. Sucks the wife found out, however they always know anyway. Hang on, the next several weeks is going to be quite the ride.
 
I told my wife soon I was going to be blasting and she better go to the doc and get her sex drive up or else i will have to start nailing hood rats. She is not impressed with it either but I give a fuck she knows where the door is. Been with her 20 years no time to beat around the bush haha.

Thanks guys. The wife found out, now she wants some Var. I would have her pin me like some guys on here but I don't trust her THAT much haha. Everything's good on that front. Just keeping my anger in check because it makes it a lot easier for her to blame me now.
 
Day 29:

9th pin. I was planning on pinning my right quad where I've had the most PIP so far, but I had issues. First attempt I aspirated and blood came through. I put on another needle, went in again and felt a tingle and my muscle was twitching so I assume I hit a nerve. I put another needle on and injected into my left glute instead. I would like to have my quads as another injection site for future short-ester runs, but I seem to be having too many problems with blood and nerves. Am I going too deep with the 1.5" needles or is there something I could do to try and fix these issues with my quads? I've aspirated blood 2 out of 3 times and hit a nerve either once or twice now. I haven't had this problem with my delts or glutes.

Pertaining to my hCG. I planned on starting Week 6, but I'm also getting mid-bloods Week 6. hCG was going to start Wednesday night and then bloods first thing Thursday morning. Will this mess with my bloods? Should I wait and start after my blood work? Or will it be fine to start Wednesday night?

Another thing, I don't understand how anyone can eat 2,500 calories on cycle. I just finished my pretty massive dinner and want seconds:(

Unless you have an odd thickness of fat on your quads, 1" will do for most volumes of injections...

I've always had big thighs but the fat is very minimal now. I just need to order 1" for my quads and delts as I've been planning to. Can blood vessels and nerves be avoided with proper technique or is it just overly-common for certain peoples' quads?

Honestly, I just don't worry much about either one. I don't even bother aspirating for quad shots anymore.

If you are injecting in the right areas there are no major motor nerves to worry about.

Twinges are just twinges.

I have lost count of the number of time small blood vessels have been hit by needles in my quads...

You are NOT going to manage an accidental IV injection in your quad without some really stupid needle angling.

Worst case is some leakage and tren cough for a minute.

Ok, well I'll be sure to look at proper injection sites for the quads again and keeping hittin em. I'd like to break in as many sites as I can.
 
Day 33:

10th pin. Decided to hit the right quad I had trouble with the other day. All went well, I just feel slight pinches and my leg twitches every time I puncture my quad.

Hit deadlift, bench, and arms and had an awesome pump. I'm not taking any pre-workout right now. I just take a 200mg caffeine and a double shot of Mio with Caffeine. So about 300-350mg caffeine. I've been looking at pre-workouts because I miss the ultra-focus I get, but I'm thinking I'll wait and take creatine once PCT starts to help with keeping gains.

My nipples are hard 24/7. Still anxious for my bloods next week to see how everything is functioning. Everything is going good! Noticing good progress with my upper-body. My chest is where I need the most growth at this point.

Ya, that's exactly what I'm looking for with Citrulline and Betaine. I have a high tolerance for caffeine so it keeps me awake but doesn't effect me otherwise. I almost just ordered bulk powders and made my own but I think I'm gonna try Pulse for now.

I was looking at trying some DMAA, but I have to take monthly drug tests and I don't feel it's worth the risk.
