How were you dosing HCG during PCT? I am asking because my fertility doc is suggesting running 2500IU (yes, 2500) twice day for 2 months for restarting HPTA.

Hi. I did 1500iu every 4 days, just 3 times. It's a minimum dosage for me and always works well. My good friend told me that 1500iu would be enough.
I'm on clomid right now (50mg/Ed). Final blood work will be on the next week.

You get over the pip. I’ve been using the same 4 muscles but I inject eod and the pip is gone. I’m pretty sure it no longer has pip in the new line, but heating up up under warm water greatly helps

If I remember right the test e came back at 384mg and the test c came back at 226...the cyp shouldn’t have pip unless you got the batch with migylol and your body doesn’t like it..

It’s the sesame, the tests are not over all of the oil. maybe the bit I got was a bit more overdosed or something. There’s a lot of variables that could make that a number a bit off

Before anyone calls me out I injected the tren a and the test c separately to see what was causing the pip, the tren definitely does more than the test, but the test for sure will leave you a bit fucked up for a day or two. I just took some ibuprofen and put a heating pad on the site and got over it fast

I know not all batches were tested but also didn’t know when you got the gear. I had zero pip with all of the migylol but I get minimal with the sesame...don’t know if it’s the solvents or how thick the carrier is.

exactly, the Tren causes pip immediately, and for a few hours post inj. but the day after everything is gone. instead the test, if the subject is sensitive to some ester, can cause pip, starting from the day after, and last a few days. However in my case, I stopped having pip, when I stopped using testoviron Bayer (from pharmacies in my country). fucking Bayer, they are still using castor oil, as a carrier, a solution viscous like honey, I had pip for 5/6 days, sometimes even fever. With most ugl I can also inject 2 ml of test E, C, or sust and have zero pip. the carrier is essential, so as not to have problems.

I get over the pip if it’s the “tren-like” pip, it just burn for a few hours, maybe the next morning I can feel a little discomfort and I’m okay, and generally this is why I love short esters, painful shots but very short pip. But I remember the test e or deca with EO, and fuck that shit, if I can’t walk around or just lay on the bed because of low back pip I can’t train and rest properly so gains are strongly inhibited. I’m quite confident about his line after what @Savagesteve said, I’m gonna try it for sure. Thanks for your review.

Short esters do NOT equal painful shots. Not sure why you stated this.

Yes, @TRT, that is what i am thinking. I have stocked up on 40,000 IUs of HCG as I have a prescription for it just for a situation like this. But i know I cant take 5000IU/day for 2 months as I aromatize too much.

Being on TRT and a cycle of prime, test, anavar, my sperm dropped to 2million from over 24million when I was not on TRT or cycle. He is a fertility/IVF doc who I think does not know enough in this area. I told him I want to kick start endogenous test production as this way ensures the best quality of sperm so he suggested that dose of HCG. I was actually thinking about cutting my cycle short and doing a full PCT as my lady wants a 2nd baby and she does not have a clue about me being on cycle.

Actually, my very first TRT protocol was HCG monotherapy with 1000IU EOD, test levels came up to about 700 from 200 at baseline but because the endo did not prescribe me an AI, e2 was really high.

Now, I am kind of stuck between 2 options: (1) stop TRT and the cycle completely to follow up with full PCT then go back to TRT/Cycling after a pregnancy (2) stop the cycle and go back to HCG monotherapy until pregnancy . Either option needs to be followed at least 3 months before trying for a baby as it takes about 3 months for the sperm to mature. For my current situation, fertility is the top priority and next one down is keeping the gains. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
